Welkom bij Gracemir House, ons Caribische huis in Providenciales, Turks en Caicos in het hart van Grace Bay, dicht bij het strand van Grace Bay. We zijn niet op het strand, maar we bevinden ons in een populaire rustige woonwijk in Grace Bay, dicht bij de grote resorts (Royal West Indies, Grace Bay Club, Villa Del Mar), restaurants, casino, golfbaan en winkels. Het ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van Coco Bistro, een toprestaurant op het eiland en dicht bij de golfbaan. We genieten van een zeer besloten buurt. Het huis heeft een terras rondom en overdekte en open patio's. Er is een met bubbelbad en een kindvriendelijk zwembad omgeven door goed onderhouden tropische tuinen en bomen. De woning van 2000 m² heeft een queensize hemelbed in de slaapkamer en de gastenslaapkamer heeft twee queensize bedden. Er is een queensize opklapbed in de woonkamer. Er zijn 3 volledige badkamers, een handig voor het opklapbed, andere hebben een eigen badkamer. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn allemaal voorzien voor uw gemak. Kom en geniet van ons kleine stukje paradijs, warme wind, uitgestrekte stranden, zonneschijn en een ruime keuze aan restaurants. informatie over het huis en lokale aanbevelingen. Ons contact op het eiland komt voorbij na uw aankomst om ervoor te zorgen dat u comfortabel en georiënteerd bent met het onroerend goed. Een uitgebreide gids voor ons huis en favoriete restaurants, winkels, stranden en activiteiten zal voorafgaand aan uw aankomst worden doorgestuurd, zodat u uw vakantie kunt plannen en uw weg kunt vinden! Autoverhuur wordt sterk aanbevolen, zodat u kunt genieten van de voorzieningen en bezienswaardigheden op het eiland en ze zijn zuinig in vergelijking met belastingen. Vooraf reserveren wordt aanbevolen voor grote vakantieperiodes. Grace Bay Car Hire is heel dichtbij en biedt luchthaven auto op te halen. Andere grote autoverhuurbedrijven zijn beschikbaar. We maken persoonlijk gebruik van Grace Bay Car Rental (Thrifty) en hebben hun service uitstekend gevonden. In Grace Bay draait alles om het strand, maar na een dag in de zon komt u thuis met een ontspannend drankje bij het zwembad of op het terras aan de voorzijde, we zijn omgeven door vegetatie, met veel tropische vogels en bloemen. Kom kijken wat Providenciales, Turks- en Caicoseilanden te bieden heeft, de zon wacht op je.

We had a great time at Gracemir house. Tina was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. She offered lots of suggestions on where to go and eat. The house has lots of space to spread out which was perfect for our older teens. We rented a car so that we could explore the island but often walked into Grace Bay for meals or to go to the beach.

Turks stay

The house is almost perfect. Great location to the beach and restaurants and shopping. The air conditioning in the master was not keeping that room cool. Owner was responsive and said she would have the tech look in to it. That is the only complant. Loved the house and the privacy it provided, the pool was just the right size to cool off in and enjoy the sun. 8 out of 10.

Great stay!

While not beachfront, the property has an island vibe - nicely landscaped, pool, outdoor sitting areas. It is very close to shops and restaurants and THE BEACHES! The kitchen exceeded our expectations. The hosts were always available and responded quickly. I would recommend this property.

A Great Place to Stay

Our family which included my wife and I, and two grown sons, stayed at GraceMir House for a week. We had a fabulous time that was made complete with the comforts of this property. The property is very spacious and the layout worked great for the four of us. The living area is separated nicely from the two bedrooms, so those of us that are early risers could get the day started without bothering the others. We didn't cook too much, but the kitchen was set up well, and the appliances including washer/dryer/grill were all in new condition. Tina was very helpful with any questions and needs that we had, and we will definitely consider staying here again on a return trip to the island.

Great choice.

This is an impeccably clean and tranquil house. It is very well stocked. There are beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella, all very substantial and in perfect condition. There are more bath towels than Bed,Bath and Beyond had. All clean and crisp. Even the pots, pans and oven are 100% clean. The interior is kind of sprawling. We, a family of 4, spread out and each had our own ample space. The back area of the house is special. The tropical trees and and plantings afford complete privacy. It is peaceful and relaxing. The pool provides a refreshing plunge. The location is perfect. A 1 minute drive to Grace Bay beach. It is also an absolutely walkable distance and bike ride. It’s an easy drive to all the beaches you might want to check out. There are nearby supermarkets and bakeries. I can easily recommend staying here.

We had a great stay and will definitely book again. The house was in a perfect location and was fully loaded with everything we needed for the beach, meals at home, and anything we have needed. Tina kept in regular contact with us and was readily available to answer any questions we may have had.

Perfect in every way!

Gracemir House had everything we needed to enjoy a 10 day family vacation. We were a group of four adults travelling with an infant and found the property to have a great mix of private and shared seating areas to ensure everyone had a relaxing visit. A good quality travel crib and tv's in very room for end of day crashing were appreciated. The location can't be beat. We rented a car for three days but found we could easily walk to the beach and into town for groceries and restaurants the rest of the time. We used the bikes and helmets for a couple of longer trips. Tina was very helpful and answered quickly whenever we had a question or concern. Getho kept the pool and property spotless so outdoor time was even more enjoyable. We would love to come back some day.

We had a last minute Vrbo cancellation and upon a new location search found the Gracemir House. Tina was able to quickly accommodate us for the days needed. When we arrived she had the property manager Getho meet us and show us around and available amenities. Tina herself also called to make sure everything was fine and if we needed anything. The house has everything you would need on vacation, beach chairs, bikes, snorkeling, and was clean and in pristine condition. The location can’t be beat. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing vacation!

I stayed at Gracemir house for 2 weeks with my husband and our 19 year old son. The house was very spacious and very clean. The property is in a great location and is very private. Everything is close by - the beach, the restaurants, the grocery store, the shops! The host, Tina, is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to go back!

Wonderful location and fantastic property - lots of room, very private, well equipped in every way include beach chairs and umbrellas. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. Its very close to the beach - walking distance to beach and town. We would definitely go back and will recommend to anyone who travels to Providenciales.

Amazing

My husband and I were at Gracemir for 2 weeks. It was a great place to stay. Everything we needed including a pool. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops and grocery store. We were able to mostly walk to all these places. The host and property manager where always available and great in giving us suggestions on where to go. We had a great time and if we are every in Turks and Caicos again, we'll try to rent Gracemir again.

Terrific house for our family trip.

Gracemuir was the perfect spot for our family trip. My wife and I, and our two adult sons. The VRBO description was spot on, and communication with Tina was absolutely terrific. Very easy reservation and check in process, and a very well appointed home for our holiday. Everything was terrific!

Unforgettable Family Time

This property is well equipped with everything we needed, a very spacious and functional layout, surrounded by beautiful tropical lush, very clean inside and outside and extremely safe and well located. We loved our stay and Getho (the gentleman in charge of the property) was very friendly, approachable, and took great care of the property, and provided outstanding service while we stayed there. We loved our privacy and being nearby the mayor attractions. My wife, my kids, and myself were sad to leave TCI. Highly recommended.

Lovely Gracemir

My family were all very pleased with our stay at Gracemir. We appreciated Tina's excellent hospitality...she was easily accessible at all times and communicated with us regularly. The house had a well stocked kitchen and tons of towels and linens. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms were large, had its own bathroom and apart from each other to afford privacy. We walked to the beach everyday and were able to walk to many restaurants and shopping...very close to CocoBistro and Cocovan! It was our first time in Turks and we were blown away by the gorgeous beaches where you can walk for miles. We highly recommend staying at Gracemir..you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful Week in Paradise

My boyfriend and I just spent a week at Gracemir house and had an absolutely wonderful time. We were supposed to have 2 couples but one was not able to make it, so needless to say we had more than enough room. Had the 4 of us been there, it still would have been plenty of space. The rooms are very large, both with en suite bathrooms and there is a third, full bathroom which is always great. The location is great as well and we found ourselves walking down to Cocovan many nights for drink, which had a great outdoor space and is located in the same lot as Coco Bistro. We did rent a car, which I would highly suggest, as we wanted to explore the island, but Gracemir is extremely close to the busy Grace Bay area while still feeling secluded and private. We had no problems getting in touch with Tina for any questions we had and the house was very well stocked with anything you could need from beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen supplies/utensils, extra bedding, bath towels, etc. We loved it and would absolutely return in the future.

Perfect location & great for family

First time travelling to T&C and Gracemir was the perfect house for our family of 4. The location is great; you are close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and the golf course yet still in a quiet secluded neighborhood. The house is well equipped with everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkellin equipment, and so much more). The rooms are spacious, the back deck was lovely for sitting and drinking coffee in the morning, as well as for working (for those who can't completely unplug, internet access is great). The owners checked in on us to make sure we were happy with everything and always responded right away to any inquiries. Definitely would recommend staying here!
