At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.

After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).

Notes:

• AC and Electric included in the rate. Pool heater is charged at $300 + tax per day

• The cleaning fee covers entry and exit cleaning. Mid-week housekeeping is not included but can be arranged separately for $350 + tax per day.

• Upon check-in, the property manager will record a credit card on file for potential damages or incidentals, up to $2,500.

• One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permitted with a supplemental fee.
