Turquoise Sun Villa is een nieuw gebouwd, ruim en rustig huis met twee slaapkamers, twee en een halve badkamer, gelegen op de verhoogde rand van het schiereiland Chalk Sound met een spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht op de zonsopkomsten en zonsondergangen over het exotische turquoise water van Chalk Sound National Park naar de North and Silly Creek en de Caribische Zee in het zuiden. Een groot zwembadterras met uitzicht op de turquoise wateren van Chalk Sound National Park en een hoger gelegen Champagne-zonsondergangdek stellen gasten in staat om van zonsopgang tot zonsondergang te zonnebaden terwijl ze genieten van enkele van de meest schitterende landschappen ter wereld.

We nodigen onze gasten uit om hun dagen door te brengen, ofwel gewoon relaxen aan het vredige en rustige zwembad en zonneterrassen of om de tijd door te brengen met het verkennen van de turquoise wateren van Chalk Sound en Silly Creek met een kajak van Cay naar Cay. Met deze instelling kunnen onze fitness- en sportliefhebbers genieten van een gelegenheid om te joggen, fietsen of wandelen over het schiereiland Chalk Sound.

Aan het eind van de dag kunnen onze gasten hun eigen eilandachtige barbecue creëren, waarbij ze de zeevruchten van de dag op onze buitengrill grillen terwijl ze kijken naar de schitterende karmozijnrode zonsondergangen waarvoor deze eilanden beroemd zijn.

De nieuw gebouwde Turquoise Sun Villa werd voltooid in maart 2015 en werd beschikbaar voor bewoning in mei 2015. De ruime slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met grote internetklare flatscreen-tv's met kabelaansluiting of u kunt genieten van Netflix via de gratis snelle draadloze internetverbinding. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers is spectaculair omdat ze uitkijken over het zwembaddek en in de verte het turquoise water van Chalk Sound door lage ramen die voldoende natuurlijk licht en ventilatie toestaan. De grote woonkamer stroomt direct op het pooldeck en is perfect voor kleine huwelijksceremonies of andere kleine recepties.

Turquoise Sun Villa is de perfecte schuilplaats op een Sanctuary Close met hoog beveiligingssysteem. De villa ligt op 15 minuten rijden met de auto, van het vliegveld en de rest van Providenciales, maar er is veel te doen in de gebieden Chalk Sound, Silly Creek, Sapodilla Bay en Taylor Bay, allemaal op loopafstand.

We loved staying on Chalk Sound, very close to both Taylor Bay and Sapodilla beach. Quiet area with great views of Silly Creek and the sound. Adele was very responsive and easy to work with. We would confidently recommend this property.

Amazing Stay!

Absolutely incredible stay! My daughter, her friends, and I rented this villa for two days, and from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, the pool was perfect, and the atmosphere was peaceful yet luxurious. The host was responsive and made sure we felt right at home. We made unforgettable memories here and would definitely return without hesitation!

Turquoise Paradise

The property is everything the pictures lead you to believe. We loved our stay so much we ended up adding additional days. The hosts were attentive and helpful. You are close to the best snorkeling and two phenomenal beaches. There are multiple restaurant's within a few minutes drive, but it is incredibly quiet and peaceful at night. Despite being off the beaten path, you arr at most a half hour car ride away from anything you could want on the island. We will stay here again!

Loved the house, nice being away from high rises, drive seemed long at first but went quick once used to it. Great communication w/ Manager and staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Very quick drive to Taylor Bay Beach.

My friends and I stayed at this villa for my birthday weekend, and while the overall experience was enjoyable, there was one major issue. The villa itself was beautiful—spacious, well-decorated, and in a great location. We loved the pool and outdoor area, which made for a relaxing and fun getaway. However, we were without water for almost two days, and unfortunately, the issue was never resolved during our stay. This made things difficult, especially for basic necessities. While we still managed to enjoy our time, the lack of water was a significant inconvenience. I would recommend the villa but hope that this issue is addressed for future guests.

Beautiful rental!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Adele was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house is amazing and the view of Chalk Sound is breathtaking! We loved that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the rental for privacy. We enjoyed the pool daily! The washer and dryer came in handy. Lots of amenities including beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella - all of which we used. Just a couple minor things/suggestions for improvement. We were asked not to use the dishwasher as it had been leaking and to be available for it to be repaired. We didn’t hear anything further during the week so just simply didn’t use it. The ignitor on the grill didn’t work so my husband just hand lit it. The living room couch could use a replacement as it’s very worn, although we didn’t spend much time using it. There are bushes in front of the pool which the pic doesn’t reflect - maybe just advertise more accurately. Snorkel gear is advertised but it was basically a few goggles (most broken) and a kids pair of flippers. We killed 2 huge cockroaches in the kitchen - maybe have the house sprayed. We did see traps sitting around the house so assumed it had been an ongoing issue. Lastly maybe give notice for people coming into the property- we had the guys come to clean the pool and then our last day the guy trimming bushes. They startled us and just think a notice would be respectful for those renting. We do recommend this rental and would stay again. Thank you Adele!

Beautiful Views!

Wonderful place to stay with a beautiful view of the Chalk Sound from the pool deck and a great view of Silly Creek and the ocean from the upstairs balcony. The two bedrooms with full bathrooms was perfect for our family of four and the private pool was really nice to have. The villa was clean and comfortable. We did have a car and visited Grace Bay, Sapodilla Bay, and Taylor Bay. Each are wonderful depending on what you are looking for. Taylor Bay was more quiet and relaxing. Grace Bay and Sapodilla were more lively. We enjoyed our stay!

First trip to Turks celebrating husbands 50th

We started in grace bay and then last 4 days in this villa and we died and went to heaven! It was the cleanest most amazing Vrbo I’ve ever seen Great location for sapodilla beach and Taylor bay beach Close to everythjng LOVED your place Adele I wish I can say we will be back but Turks took all our money!! Fun Time

We enjoyed our stay, but the online listing was a bit misleading. For people like us who place "view" at or near top of our wish list, we were a bit disappointed. The property has now grown bushes in front of the pool, blocking the view of the ocean when you are in the pool or sitting on the patio. The online pictures don't reflect that. We mentioned it to management. Beyond that the property was nice and we still had a great time.

Loved this little house on Chalk Sound!

We loved our visit to Turks and Caicos and especially loved waking up every morning and enjoying the beauty of Chalk Sound. Adele was wonderful and very helpful. We were grateful to have an air mattress on site. The only important note is having a rental car is a must and it’s so wonderful to explore the island, however driving is “adventurous”. Still we wouldn’t do it any other way and would absolutely love to return and stay here once again.

Beautiful views

I would like to start off by saying this house was perfect for my family of 6. The location was away from Grace Bay but close to Sapodilla Bay Beach which was one of our favorite beaches to visit. The pool was great to have when we got back from the beach or to relax by in the evenings. The view of the Chalk Sound was breathtaking. The power did go out for a few hours which was not a fault of anyone's but then that caused us to not have hot water. My only complaint was that the house was not cleaned very well to my expectations. The trash can have leftover spaghetti that was under the bag assuming from the renters prior, but we took the time to clean it out with bleach. They are also doing construction next door starting around 6-78am so if like your sleep the bedroom on left will get most of the noise. I'm up pretty early so it was not a bother to me. Overall, I will come back if I decide to stay in the Chalk Sound area.

Beautiful property near Taylor Bay

We had never been to Turks and Caicos before. We weren’t sure what part of the island we wanted to stay on. As it turns out we would have preferred being closer to Grace Bay, we did a lot of driving back and forth. However; we loved the property and it is only a few minutes drive to Taylor Bay which is a secluded beach.

Beautiful house and view

The layout of the house was perfect. Two rooms with private baths on each side of the house. Like private suites, both with pool access. The loft area was large enough that we were able to put the blow up mattress up there so the kids had their own space, plus their own bathroom that is the pool bathroom. We could have slept two more on the pull out couch too! The view from the pool to chalk sound is gorgeous. Pool was a fun place for the kids to be, and convenient we could see them from all rooms of the house. Tips: In January, the sun set over the deck/pool area about 3 pm. We did beach visits first thing in the morning so we could have sun time at the pool lunch-afternoon. The place is on a quiet road, nice houses surrounding. Great location, but the road is not marked well. It’s a little wooden sign with darker writing in it (not a standard street sign like on the other roads nearby) marking the name of the road, we drove by it a few times before we found it. Hope that helps!

Wonderful villa located overlooking Chalk Sound. Very accurate listing that was very clean, well maintained with a kitchen that had everything you need for your stay. Views were outstanding. Having your own private pool was very nice. Management was very responsive with simple check in-check out processes. Would definitely stay at Turquoise Sun Villa again in future.

No Better Location

The villa was as advertised and amazing!! The location was spectactular. When we want to be "out" and be "seen" we do so, but the rest of the time we want "our"time. This had everything! It's a VRBO so don't get twisted, but the proprerty managers were available 24/7 and no need went unaddressed. Will definitely return!

Beautiful Getaway

If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful place, with great views, a nice pool, and located 4 minutes from the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen, look no more. This place was fully equipped with everything! The host was amazing and very accommodating. The pictures don’t show the true beauty. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures show. We definitely will be returning ;)
