Penthouse Suite in het Grandview on Grace Bay

  • Verkozen tot nummer 1 strand door Trip Advisor 2019 en Conde Nast en de beste van de Caraïben !! Het Grand View op Grace Bay; een strand Oasis. Deze prachtige Penthouse-suite met twee verdiepingen biedt het beste van het eiland. Deel uitmaken van de meest private gemeenschap van Grace Bay, waar slechts 18 woningen zijn.

    Deze unieke en onlangs gerenoveerde, 2300+ vierkante meter drie slaapkamer drie badkamers residentie bestaat uit twee ruime master suites, elk met een prachtig turquoise uitzicht op het water. Eén suite omvat het gehele bovenste niveau van het pand.

    De onderste hefboom bestaat uit een open woon- en eetkamer met gewelfde plafonds en een 180 graden uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf de extra grote glazen schuifdeuren die naar een privébalkon aan het strand leiden. Bekijk zonsopgang en zonsondergang vanuit deze hoekhaven. De gastronomische keuken is voorzien van granieten aanrecht en alle houten kasten met ingebouwde apparatuur.

    Tot de voorzieningen die u zult komen genieten, behoren het designerzwembad en de hot tub met badkamer en douche, een fitnessruimte op het terrein en op loopafstand van gastronomische restaurants, supermarkten en boetiekjes. This property was magnificent. Amazing view from the back balcony. On the beach with abundant umbrellas and chairs. Many tour operators will pick you up on the beach for this property. Highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was first class. Property was amazing and super clean. Easy beach access and ample toys for the little ones. Truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

We very much enjoyed our family trip to Turks and Caicos, staying at the Grandview on Grace Bay. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t in our favor for most of the week, but the water color right from the condo was absolutely stunning. We visited several other beaches on the island, and this one had, by far, the most beautiful water and the softest sand.The beach and pool area felt incredibly private, almost like having our own secluded beach. They provide just about every pool and beach item you could need, and the cushioned beach chairs with large umbrellas made it even more comfortable.This is a truly premium and private property. We enjoyed every bit of it. It’s also conveniently located close to shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend for any couple or family looking for an amazing and private TCI location.

Perfect location for family trip!

Vanessa’s condo is wonderfully appointed. My family really enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect for walking and driving everywhere we wanted to visit. Being right on the beach was spectacular. Vanessa was a wonderful host - both she and Regina (the on site property manager) were extremely responsive.

Beautiful

Property was exactly like the pictures. By far the best rental we've stayed in to date. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect with some restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The beach was amazing! We had the best time and would love to come back.

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful unit, fantastic view and wonderfully equipped. A quiet spot with easy access to restaurants, activities etc. Super comfy beds, nice towels and the best shower body wash! We will be back!

Wonderful!

The condo was clean and bright. Large rooms and the vaulted ceilings made it feel more open and light. Deck was larger than expected as well and offered an amazing view. Beds and pillows were comfortable which is really important to our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location

The unit was as promised, clean, well maintained, and a great view. Vanessa & her team were very responsive to a minor Wi-Fi issue in the unit. The location is superb w a private beach, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Family Gathering in Ideal Setting

This tastefully decorated condo was the ideal setting for our winter break gathering! What a wonderful place to spend time together, cook meals, head to the beach, head out for our excursions, and simply enjoy each other’s company! And everything is made super easy with the excellent pre stay communications and help if needed via the property owner and on-site property manager… Really tremendous job by both.We can’t wait to go back!!!

I have only glowing reviews for this property. Everything was exactly as advertised and we were as happy as could be. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, appliances are in perfect working order. We felt well taken care of and safe the whole time. We would go back in a minute!

Beautiful condo and beach

We rented this condo for thanksgiving. We love low rise condos with empty beaches. And this two-story penthouse did the trick. Everything was great. The owners were very accommodating. The place is super clean and very comfortable. We would stay there again. Plus, the master closet is perfect for a pack and play.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

Vanessa's place was perfect for our family! The ocean/beach views from the balcony and bedrooms windows were breathtaking. The condo was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked breakfast and some dinners for the family. We walked to shops and restaurants, the weather was perfect! We definitely plan to be back for another memorable family vacation! Thank you Vanessa!

Amazing spot!!

We have been to Turks and Caicos several times. The grand view is perfection! You not only have the beautiful views you also have access to anything you might need. Several resorts and restaurants are within an easy walking distance. We enjoyed the outdoor space, grill, kayaks, pool, beach, chairs, etc. We also did some catered meals and grocery delivery. It was a wonderful vacation. We hope to go back!
