Our family of 5 had a great time. There was plenty of space to spread out. My kids said that this was their favorite stay so far. We cooked twice and had everything we needed to do so. We easily walked to restaurants for dinner. The pool and beach were great and never crowded. It was nice to not have to wake up super early to save a chair like we have had to do at nearby resorts. We would definitely stay here again

Best Sunset View on Grace Bay! 10/10 recommend! Perfect location, clean, large condo with all the amenities. Our condo ambassador was wonderful and provided fantastic recommendations! The blue water is indescribable and world class snorkeling right off the beach! We watched a beach wedding one night and engagement another night right from our balcony! We will be back!

A group of six ladies enjoyed a week full of walking the beautiful beach, bobbing around in the sea (with cocktails in hand!), exploring the island, playing pickleball and Mahjong during our stay at the lovely condo at Villa Renaissance. Cady was very attentive and responsive She made check-in a breeze and helped with a sunset cruise reservation. The condo is spacious, clean, and had spectacular views of Grace Bay. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend!

My family of 5 had an amazing week at this beautiful, beachfront condo. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. The beach attendant helped us get chairs and umbrellas. There is a convenient bar at the pool for cocktails, snacks and lunch. The location is perfect - easily walkable to restaurants, convenient store and souvenir shops.

Cady was awesome. She really wanted us to focus on enjoying our vacation. She answered all our questions and was available for questions during our entire stay. Everyone at the Villa Renaissance was lovely.

We just left the island today and can’t say enough good things about this property and the location. We walked everywhere (only needed a taxi once to get to the golf course). There is SO much right around the Villa Renaissance that made it super easy. We had our driver stop at the grocery store on the way to the condo, and only had to go back a couple of times for extra stuff, so it was easy enough to walk. Tons of restaurants nearby and would HIGHLY recommend the new Salina nearby, was our best meal of the trip. We also did a full day cruise and used Grace Bay Adventures…our captain and crew were fantastic and made sure our family enjoyed every minute out on the water. Otherwise, the pool/beach bar was perfect for a drink, and especially good for Mudslides/Daquiri’s. Finally, the beach seating was easy and it’s a very quiet stretch of beach to enjoy. We spent most of our days in the water just enjoying the best part of T&C Islands. Will definitely be back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Renaissance. The listing was very accurate, communication with property manager timely and efficient, and the location was in the heart of Grace Bay. My family loved being steps from the beach as well as shopping and dining.

I reserved this VRBO for a business trip and invited family to join me. I was looking for a view of Grace Bay and access to the beach. The facility also offered an amazing pool and hot tub which we enjoyed every day. There is a pool bar also where you can enjoy their local rum punches which we also enjoyed! The VRBO was within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, sights, etc. We did rent a car for our trip but did not always need it. This facility was quaint, quiet and was above and beyond what I expected. I would come again! Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay in this 3 Bedroom Condo on Grace Bay. Views were fantastic. The location is great with many things to do close by. Perfect spot for our family. Pool and Beach were very nice and mostly not crowded.

Great Week

Villa is beautiful and in a great location. You can walk to several restaurants, ice cream, gift shops and even the grocery. The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend this place.

Nice unit, great location

The unit is spacious and looks directly at the water. Property Manager was very responsive. Ran into some minor issues that were handled right away. Was a very good vacation.
