Villa Islander - Grace Bay Modern - Lijst met eigenaren

Islander is een prachtige, eigentijdse villa die de luxe van een klein boetiekresort combineert met de stijl op blote voeten en het comfort van een informeel strandverblijf. Gelegen op ongeveer tachtig stappen van de kust van het strand van Grace Bay, door National Geographic Traveller beoordeeld als "een van de beste stranden ter wereld", straalt dit milieuvriendelijke huis een rustgevende Zen-sfeer uit, geniet van een weids uitzicht vanaf het dakterras en ligt op loopafstand naar café en restaurants.

Met vier ruime slaapkamers voor maximaal 10 gasten, is Villa Islander een ideale vakantiewoning voor gezinnen, meerdere koppels en groepen vrienden op zoek naar stijlvolle privacy en toplocatie in Grace Bay.

Het huis is ontworpen om op harmonieuze wijze te mengen met het landschap en om een sfeer van ingetogen elegantie te bieden met alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn voor feest en ontspanning, met alle binnenruimtes onder airconditioning, twee zwembaden, buiten dineren en een dakterras plus alle extra's die je nodig hebt zou kunnen dromen - van geluidssystemen tot Margarita-brillen.

De indeling bestaat uit een hoofdgebouw met een grote open eet- en woonkamer en een volledig uitgeruste keuken, en de twee grote slaapkamers, die toch een hoge mate van privacy bieden, weggestopt uit de sociale zone.

Met glas aan de vier muren en het zwembad dat de vloer van de woonkamer omspant, worden de scheidingen tussen binnen en buiten visueel geëlimineerd en is het resulterende gevoel van openheid en verbinding met de natuur volkomen zalig.

Ontspannen gezellige maaltijden kunnen worden genoten rond de elegante eettafel met glazen blad voor maximaal 10 personen. Als u buiten wilt dineren, gaat u gewoon naar buiten naar een andere, nogal rustieke houten tafel (12 zitplaatsen), op magische wijze een paar centimeter boven een overloopzwembad.

De andere twee slaapkamers, die hetzelfde niveau van voorzieningen en afwerkingen van de meesters delen, bevinden zich op een paar meter afstand in een vrijstaand tuinhuis over het grasveld. Beide suites hebben een eigen uitzicht op de tuin en zijn uitgerust met prachtige badkamers en minibar.

Een overvloed aan glazen deuren, dakramen en kerkelijke ramen overspoelen de ruimtes van dit huis met natuurlijk licht, dat op strategische plaatsen wordt gefilterd door een ingewikkeld systeem van brise soleil gemaakt van afwisselende latten van hout. Rijpe palmen zwaaien overhead en inheemse aanplantingen zorgen voor extra schaduw en privacy.

Elk van de slaapkamers suites bieden een mooie oase voor prive-downtime en rustige slaap. Ze beschikken allemaal over: kingsize bedden, SPA-achtige badkamers met regendouches, vrijstaande baden en buitendekken.

De villa heeft een directe toegang tot de kustlijn van Grace Bay met een wandeling van 2 minuten over een zandpad vanaf het terrein van de villa. Als een wandeling tussen de tenen uw voorkeur heeft voor vervoer, is dit de juiste plek.

Kom aan in een goed gevulde keuken, trakteer uzelf op luie dagen bij het zwembad, ontspan op het ongerepte strand in de schaduw van een parasol die voor u wordt voorbereid door het attente villapersoneel of zit gewoon op de dakterras en kijk naar de dag die voorbijgaat.

Buiten het terrein van de residentie kunnen gasten snorkelen in het kristalheldere water van de lagune van de "Coral Garden" enkele meters voor de villa, een boot huren om nabijgelegen eilanden te verkennen en genieten van de relaxte sfeer van nabijgelegen bars en restaurants.

Uw verblijf is inclusief: bevoorrading, schoonmaak en beveiliging. Een chef-kok is op aanvraag beschikbaar.

De villa ligt op loopafstand van ‘Somewhere Cafe & Lounge’, Bay Bistro, Wymara Resort en de populaire 'Fish Fry' op donderdag, allemaal bereikbaar via een korte wandeling langs het strand. De villa ligt op slechts 5 minuten rijden van de meeste restaurants, boetieks en supermarkten en de internationale luchthaven van Providenciales (PLS) ligt op 10 kilometer afstand.

Amazing property!

We loved the property. There were 4 couples and the villa accommodated all us extremely comfortably. We loved hanging by the pool when we were not at the beach. Alessandro was an excellent host and helped us with transportation and was responsive with any questions. His pride of ownership was readily evident. There was a power outage while we were there and the house was completely on generator, so no impact at all. I would highly recommend Villa Islander for a group.

Paradise delivered!

My family of 5 had a beautiful stay at this gorgeous property to celebrate my husband’s Birthday. I have travelled to many gorgeous islands and beaches in the world and this is one of the top properties. You feel like you are in a tropical jungle yet you are steps away from what feels like a private beach. The water is crystal clear, there is world class snorkeling a short walk away. Bars and restaurants are also a short walk away yet far enough not to disturb your views or beach access. The place is an architectural gem and has everything you need to be comfortable within minutes of entering. The staff is friendly and extremely competent. Everything was top notch and a sheer delight.. I look forward to going back and would recommend to anyone who likes ease and luxury steps away from white beaches and blue water.

The property is better than advertised! Very spacious and comfortable. The water is beautiful and great snorkeling right off the beach. The manager was so helpful day to day. My 60TH birthday was in my top 3 of all the places I been. You can't go wrong with this house. See you soon again.

Great Stay in T&C

We had four couples for this vacation in September and this home was set up perfectly for our group. Because the property is not right on the beach, we definitely felt it was more private. The walk is an easy one on a private path to the beach. It was great having all four bedrooms with a private bath and king bed. All the staff was fabulous- helpful and welcoming. It was such a nice touch to have the beach chairs and umbrellas set up every day and fresh beach towels. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to come back for a stay! Robin Austin, Texas

A Slice of Paradise

A group of 9 stayed at Villa Islander for nine nights over spring break, with ages ranging from 5-49 years old. We had such a relaxing and spectacular vacation. Villa Islander is being ran more like a resort with daily housekeeping and security included. You also have an option for a private chef at additional charge. We utilized two chefs while we were here, both of whom were fantastic. I highly recommend Chef Maria and Chef Naz (he can even come and make an array of delicious pizzas for your group one night with his portable pizza oven). The owner of the villa, Alessandro, is very accommodating and easy to contact. It’s very evident that he cares deeply about the satisfaction of his guests. Villa Islander is designed beautifully—you feel like you’re in Bali—tons of glass windows and very high ceilings. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and well appointed with personal safes, mini refrigerators, TVs, hairdryers, and more. A quick walk takes you right to the beach where you can enjoy the blue Caribbean waters. Private beach chairs are set up daily for Villa Islander guests. You can also stroll down the beach and visit the Wayamara Hotel, as well as a few other resorts, for food or drinks. There’s great snorkeling right off the beach where you can see an array of fish and marine life. You might even spot a stingray or two. Turks is a great island—so much to do from boating to snorkeling/scuba, lovely restaurants, a Thursday night weekly fish fry, top notch resorts, and shopping

Best vacation ever

Cannot say enough good things about this property. The house is absolutely beautiful. We loved it. 4 adult couples, celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. All bedrooms were attractive and comfortable. The pool was lovely, but the beach was magnificent. The daily chair/umbrella set up was so nice. We used the chef for out first night and really enjoyed eating “at home”. We also used the massage service, recommended by Alessandro. It was so relaxing. We rented cars, which was ideal. We played pickleball, shopped and dined out a lot. We had just the right amount of activity and lounging by the pool/beach. Definitely enjoyed the privacy, but didn’t feel isolated. Walked to Somewhere Cafe for cocktails and food. Floating tiki bar picked us up one afternoon, which was a fun 90 minute ride along Grace Bay. Also rented a boat with Island Vibes for the day, which was the highlight of our trip. We love Turks. If we could have extended our stay, we would have. Alessandro and the staff were so helpful and pleasant. We always felt safe and taken care of. We would love to return to Villa Islander in the future. Do not hesitate to book this home.

Modern Luxury with all the comforts of home

We had an incredible stay at Villa Islander. The home was impeccably maintained and close to everything. The attention to detail was evident throughout the home and throughout our stay. The Perfect Villa

Villa Islander was an incredible place to spend several weeks in Turks & Caicos. Not only is the location ideal on Grace Bay Beach but away from most of the resorts, the villa is an incredible architectural masterpiece. The glass and views of the pool and lush tropical landscaping made it incredibly relaxing. The short walk to the beach allowed us privacy but easy to access as well. Finally, the host and staff managing and taking care of the villa were absolutely incredible and made the experience one of our best. We have travelled to the island on numerous occasions, always staying in private villas, and Villa Islander is on the top of that list for all of the reasons noted.

Better than 5 Stars!

If I could rate this property more than 5 stars I would! The house is simply stunning! The stocked fridge, chef-prepared meals, daily housekeeping, and chair/umbrella set up added to our VIP experience. Very friendly staff and we were absolutely spoiled by Chef Naz and his amazing meals! The semi-private, gorgeous beach was just a short walk away and was perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The property was close to everything, but far enough away to have some privacy. We really enjoyed our spa / golf day. The property owner provided great recommendations for dining out, as well. We enjoyed a private sunset cruise and a half day snorkel excursion. It was the perfect vacation, and we were all very sad to leave. We will not hesitate to stay here again!

Doesn't get any better.

Wow. Absolute first class experience, and every bit as wonderful as it's portrayed here. The home is exquisitely designed and well laid out for 8, it's an easy private walk to the best section of beach in the area, and the home staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. On top of that, Alessandro was a thoughtful communicator and very easy to work with. Wonderful memories made. Don't hesitate. We'll be back.

Beautiful home and location

Girls 50th birthday vacation and it couldn’t have been at a more perfect place. Rooms were beautifully designed, beds were comfortable and high end linens, location was fantastic - close to a lot but yet private and quiet. Claudia and Elwood treated us like family and were so helpful and kind. Alessandro was away so we didn’t meet, yet he was easily available by WhatsApp and handled any small issues quickly. Will stay again for sure!

Adult get away

The house is amazing, Alessandro is an excellent host. We arrived early and he was already there to show us the how everything worked and everything worked perfectly. The house is an architectural vision. It feels like you are in a jungle by the beach. The glass walls are spectacular. We were four couples and there was plenty of great space for us to be together, and we also all had our own private space. The kitchen was perfectly appointed and there were plenty of towels, paper products and personal cleaning products. I can't think of anything that was missing. The housekeeper each day was another big plus. It let us all just have a great time together. The chairs and umbrellas were set up and taken away everyday by the staff. It was a totally luxurious vacation and I know we will be back!

Property was amazing and everything went well. To my surprise there was security on the property all night I was truly happy with that. My birthday was amazing and this property was a amazing highlight.
