15 Conant Street Unit # 1; Eerste verdieping van een huis. Momenteel ingesteld als een verhuurperiode van zaterdag tot zaterdag (een of meer weken) in het seizoen. 3 nacht minimum behalve juli / aug. Alle 3 BR's hebben queensize bedden; Centrale A / C; terras en grill; Twee gloednieuwe badkamers: een met dubbele ijdelheid; stralende vloeren; nieuwe badkuip met pulserende douchegrad & handheld; verlichte medicijnkastjes. Tweede bad heeft volledige douche; stralende vloeren; verlichte medicijnkast; strandstoelen en handdoeken aanwezig; dineren voor 6; uitgebreide kabel, HDTV / internet / dvd; nieuwe roestvrij keukenapparatuur inclusief grote koelkast; magnetron; vaatwasser en afvoer; speciale parkeerplaats voor één auto; aan de overkant van Mussel Beach fitnessruimte, de straat van de Boatslip, Monkey Bar, Joon Bar, Liz's Cafe en gemakkelijke wandeling naar The Red Inn. Handige fietsverhuur vindt u om de hoek. Wil je koken in de nieuw bijgewerkte keuken? U kunt lopen naar de nabijgelegen supermarkt Stop n Shop of naar de vismarkt bij Macs op Shankpainter Rd. This property was a beautiful and clean place. The location was perfectly within walking distance to everything in town. The host was very communicative and available for any questions. He made the stay smooth and enjoyable! Our entire group loved this stay!

The six of us (three couples) enjoyed our stay in this beautiful rental. From the modern and comfy decor and furniture, to the soft beds (we all slept very well!), to morning coffee on the deck, this place was a treat. Not to mention that it’s in a fantastic location! Leigh was very communicative and I never had to wait long for a reply when I had a question. Highly recommended!

A great condo for our family of 4 (parents, teen, and tween)! The location was quiet, yet close enough to walk to coffee/restaurants, shops, bike rentals, MacMillan Pier, etc. We could spread out when we needed to and hang out together in the evenings: comfy beds and up-to-date bathrooms, and the large kitchen island worked for board games during our down time, too. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and plates, utensils, glasses, etc. It was nice to have off-street parking for peace of mind as well. Overall, a great place to stay!

Stayed in Ptown for the weekend with friends and family. The place was wonderful, as pictured, beautiful updated bathrooms. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Easy walk into town to all the shops and restaurants. Kitchen has everything you need if cooking in.

The unit was well appointed (Maytag appliances, furniture, TV, A/C, etc.) and tastefully decorated. Everything appeared to be in great condition, especially the two bathrooms, and very clean. It's wonderful to have small appliances (toaster, coffee maker) and kitchen tools (knives, spatulas, cutting boards, pots and pans, cutlery) available; there wasn't one single thing that we needed that wasn't somewhere in the kitchen. Although close to Commercial Street (where all of the shopping, dining, and events are), it was a quiet street. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they responded immediately if we had questions. I would HIGHLY recommend!

We have stayed in our fair share of rentals around town, and this was probably the best to date. The place is exactly as described, cleaner than clean, and Leigh was a great host to work with. The location is our favorite (West End, close enough to be quickly walkable, but just far enough from Commercial to be quiet), but we also enjoyed just having cocktails on the deck. We will definitely be back.

Leigh's house was great. It's in the perfect location, very close to everything we'd want to get to; we didn't even need bikes to get around because we could walk everywhere. Fit 6 of us comfortably. Would recommend just for the location.

The condo is perfectly located, fully stocked, and thoughtfully designed with lots of beautiful art. The parking spot is tandem with the upstairs unit, but Leigh is a great host and shared the other unit’s information with us ahead of time so we could coordinate. Leigh’s home was the perfect spot to stay during our trip. Personally we think Conant St. is one of the best in town as it is so centrally located and this property was no exception! Leigh was also great with communication and checked in several times to make sure there was nothing we needed.

This is our 2nd stay at this location. It truly is a home away from home. It is perfectly located and our entire week was a walking vacation. The owners have thought to stock the house with everything you could need or want. A heads up on parking at the unit - if you have a large SUV or oversized car, parking will be very snug but at least there is parking dedicated to the unit. Owners communicate very well and are super responsive to any inquiries. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

The condo was in a great location for us and had just the right amount of space for the 6 of us. Parking spot and a cute little patio with awning and bbq grill. The unit while not terribly large has two nice updated bathrooms and 3 queen beds. Washer-Dryer and kitchen nicely stocked… Would recommend too!
