'Good location but not really Downtown. Older building but remodeled. Rooms and bathroom clean. Because it is an older building you hear noises from rooms above '

'Took forever for water to get hot and the pressure was weak. No coffee maker in room.Not a smart TV so all you had was a few local channels'

'I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well . The front desk staff was great and that was the only good part. Every single trash on each elevator floor was shoved full , some trash in bags next to the trash can . When we arrived I checked the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower , on the floor and the counter of the bathroom. The phone in the room and all surfaces . After getting our suitcase set up I noticed a piece of toenail on the floor . The staff gave us some $ off .'
