'Nice hotel in a nice location. We loved walking arounf the neighborhood. There were historic homes in the area. It was an unexpected plus. The hotel was in a good location, we were able to walk to local attractions easily. Hotel staff was awesome, and very helpful. There was onsite free parking and breakfast buffet. The only negative was the thin walls. We could hear conversations in the hall. '

'The hotel is convenient to visit Charlottetown with the car, located in the commercial street outside downtown but not far. Room spatious, well equipped and quiet. The continental breakfast is included but like mos american hotel chains, self service with plastic-throw-away china which for us europeans is seen very primitive and improvised. The staff at the hotel were very helful and efficient as they organised shipment of the bag that we forgot in the hotel, many thanks for that extra service!'

'We stayed three nights. Positive: Originally we had booked two night, but needed to add an extra night up front. The staff was very helpful in accommodating us, even cleaning the second room early so we had an easy move on day two. Negative, it seems some other guests did not follow the non-smoking rules and that made for a bad night. Being non-smokers, the smoke gave us both headaches. '

'While I gave the property poor ratings, this place has potential and the owners are actively attending/cleaning to a few things around the area. It looks like the property was recently bought and still being put together as they continue to run the business. There is a small swing set and what looks to be a play house for the kids but I'd recommend some supervision for younger children. The cottages themselves are nice. Full kitchen, including a full sized fridge and stove. It has lovely decor....
