'This is a great property for the price. Overall I recommend this rental and would rent again. We were in an upstairs unit of a four Plex (3). No real negatives but a few FYIs. 'Host was very attentive. The unit was not well appointed with bowls, cups, chairs etc when we arrived. The host rectified the issues in a timely manner. We were 2 couples staying in a 2 bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms with showers but the main bathroom and kitchen sink does not have hot water. Unfortunately there were unseasonally high winds that caused power outages. We loved the indoor/outdoor feel with the large sliders opening up to the outside living area, pool and full views of the Pacific. All bedrooms are air conditioned for comfortable sleep. 'There were bugs everywhere. We expected some due to being in the mountains, but there was an excessive amount everywhere the entire time it was disgusting. House was nice view was amazing but the pool water was filthy . They just put more chemicals in the next day after I complained and it made it worse then we just have to swim chemicals. 'The pool was the saving grace for this property. I would not go anywhere in this region without a pool, it was wonderful to escape the heat and humidity. We were lucky as we were alone in this complex for 10/14 days. That was wonderful as when other units were occupied they had kids that lived in the pool so you never had time to enjoy the pool when others were there. We never had more than 1 family there besides us at a time, but the property has 5 units, so if all 5 were occupied, probably not...
