'Das Hotel hat eine großartige Lage in mitten der wunderschönen Altstadt Alcudias. Wir sind nach einer Wanderung in der Tramuntana mit dem Bus angereist, was unkompliziert war. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das gesamte Hotel und das Zimmer Pollenca sind stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles, was man sich wünscht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. '

'We loved the daily cleaning of the room. Staff is very friendly and flexible. Nice swimming pool area. Life guards are walking around. Unfortunately lots of guests ‘claim’ their sun beds in the morning, by putting a towel on it. I removed them, but it should be more organized. Food via buffet was not splendid but ok. It differs per day. You need transport to go to the nearby cities. '
