Fortunately, your negative comments do not refer to our services most appreciated by our customers as: rooms Accommodation, Restaurant at our "Bella Italia Octopus Restaurant & Pizzeria", Swimming Pool, Friendliness of the staff .... but refer to facts that do not depend on us. Therefore your negative comments unfortunately for us as well as harmful, also sound a little unfair: 1) last stretch Access road. It is a public access road to as many as 8 Resort in the area, damaged due to the construction of the High way to connect with Occ. Mindoro and also due to the transit of heavy vehicles during the recent construction of nearby resorts. We hope that once the work is finished, there will be an agreement of the owners of the road area with the High Way builder for restoration. 2) Noisy Karaoke Party near your room: the Party it was not in our Resort, but it took place in the nearby Luca's Restaurant / Hotel. We were not aware of the event. There is an agreement that does not allow music and Karaoke beyond 10 in the evening. We had suitable rooms available for you away from the Karaoke place. If you had reported the inconvenience to us, we would have immediately taken care of the move. Maybe we should have foreseen your possible discomfort...sorry we did not have this intuition.
