'We had the best stay! We booked the airport transfers, tours, and all meals, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and had wonderful AC—a true relief after a day of exploring!
All of the staff were so helpful, welcoming, and courteous. Our tour guide, Diego, was incredibly knowledgeable, and we thoroughly enjoyed learning from him. Every tour was a fantastic experience!
The pool and swim-up bar were perfect for a midday break....

'This hotel lists their location as downtown Puerto Maldonado. Actual location is 20+ minutes outside the town on a dirt road. Impossible to get taxi service to town. The additional trips for food for our Amazon excursions cost 60 soles each way. Driver said price is higher since you have long trip just to pickup client.
