'Unit did not have hot water, no hot water heater present, should be advertised that way. Hot tub does not have any way to get hot water. Curtains had medium sized spider webs, sun light view was dirty, with open electrical wires visually present. The sliding barn door does not seal well enough so a cockroach got inside the unit and we had to kill it. Owner took about 1/2 a day to reply to our inquiry about the hot water. Location did feel semi secluded. '
