Villa Ensueno Tropical is een privévilla gelegen aan een rustige cul-de-sac in de exclusieve wijk Conchas Chinas langs de aantrekkelijke zuidkust van Puerto Vallarta. De villa ligt op een heuvel met uitzicht op de baai van Banderas met aquamarijn en wordt omgeven door weelderig loof, bananenbomen en andere tropische vegetatie ... volledig privé. De adembenemende uitzichten strekken zich uit over mijlen en mijlen. Midden december tot begin april zie je misschien een bultrugwalvis die haar kalf leert breken. Geniet van de rust van Villa Ensueno, en toch is het maar een paar minuten lopen naar het strand en 5 minuten rijden naar de romantische zone, het beste deel van de stad.

Villa Ensueno biedt de strakke lijnen van een open plattegrond, gewelfde plafonds, glas-in-loodramen en gebogen bogen. De meeste kamers in de villa komen uit op een patio met uitgestrekte uitzichten over de oceaan en het tropische bos. Er zijn drie master suites met airconditioning, elk met een kingsize bed. Het onderste betegelde terras van Casa Sueno beschikt over een verwarmd overloopzwembad met uitzicht op het zuidwesten, waar u kunt zintuigen prikken op de kalmerende baai wateren en prachtige tropische zonsondergangen. De positie van het pand biedt totale privacy, totale afzondering. Wij bieden zachte strandlakens.

Overweeg Villa Ensueno de perfecte vakantie thuis weg van huis: er is een groot tv-scherm, Netflix, Apple TV, DirecTV en draadloos internet. Er is een uitgebreide dvd-filmbibliotheek; en voor uw muziekplezier, een cd-speler, een dockingstation en zowel interne als externe Bose-luidsprekers.

Bij aankomst in Villa Ensueno wordt u gratis margarita's of cerveza (bier), chips en zelfgemaakte salsa en guacamole geserveerd. Een staf van 2 is bij de prijs inbegrepen. Het personeel houdt niet alleen de villa en het terrein schoon tijdens uw verblijf, ze zijn ook beschikbaar om te winkelen en twee maaltijden per dag te koken. Exceptional Villa

This villa is stunning! The views of the Bay are breathtaking. Our cook and housekeeper Ana was a joy and very talented. While the kitchen does need some updating, the villa is spacious and comfortable. The pool was a real joy. We look forward to our next stay!

Fabulous Villa Stay!

The house is beautiful and was the perfect size home for our group of 6. The two rooms on the back of the house have ocean views so the one bedroom in the front is a little less desirable as it overlooks street. That said, all have king beds with en suite bathrooms.The house was clean and lots of room to spread out both indoors and out. Ana as everyone has noted is a fabulous cook and willing to do pretty much anything you want. We hosted a fun fiesta one night complete with Mariachi band ! Ana's husband is also fantastic on the grill!! They take care of everything during your stay and are good at flying under the radar.I would say my only critique would be the slight odor coming from the drain in the tub and toilet.

Amazing stay and experience!

I was recently in PV for my brothers wedding at a nearby resort and spent the last 4 days at Villa Ensueno. It was the perfect way to end our trip. The house and sunsets were amazing, and it was really cheap/easy to get into town using Uber. Ana and Raul were absolutely incredible. They planned a birthday fiesta for me, that my friends and family will be talking about for years to come, complete with delicious Mexican food, a piñata, mariachi band and firework display. The only negative is that several dishes have been ruined for me as nothing will ever compare to Ana’s cooking.

"A DREAM COME TRUE" PLACE!

It is hard to describe, since 1st minute of booking, the owner Jerold was promptly taking each step to expedite the entire process. The agent Laura that gives all instructions was amazing and very helpful clarifying each question we had. When we got there, we were warm welcomed by Ana and Raul! They treated us as family, cared about us and more: made us feel loved! Best food, best drinks, best care! Our rooms/bedrooms/ laundry were perfect all the time. They provide more than you expect in a 5 stars hotel. Believe me, Villa Ensueno' beauty, view and coziness will fulfill your heart and make you extend your stay! (happened to us). I am writing this review with my now fiancée, and the Villa with its amazing owner and staff made our engagement magical! it will never be forgotten. My fiancée Veronica calls Ana - Anita! She cried when we had to leave! I never experienced such a thing in just 6 days of staying! The Villa is a piece of heaven in the earth! Peaceful, gorgeous, full of joy and love! The Pacific Ocean is wonderfully framed by the open doors to outside balcony and pool area. There is plenty of room for hanging out. It is conveniently located. There is a nice hotel up the hill to grab a drink or a bite to eat if desired. Ana is a very good cook so definitely take advantage of that! Unfortunately, the property is a bit run down and would benefit from a refresh. New cushions on the couches for example. The door that open to the balcony/patio area are showing there age and require some effort to open/close. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size but also need some attention. Cleanliness could be significantly improved on the inside of the house. I know there are relatively new owners and that they have started to do some work on the property (new bedroom on the pool level is very nice) and have plans to expand the kitchen and add a couple of bedrooms. I am sure they will use that remodel time to make other updates which will make this excellent property even better.

Paradise

This property is absolutely gorgeous, roomy and in a great location, only a 5 minute Uber ride into town. The house sits on the side of a hill and the view is amazing down to the ocean and beach area, this is a perfect spot for a big family or 3 couples to stay at. Ana and Raul are icing on the cake. First of all, everything she makes is outstanding and will leave you wanting more. We were greeted with homemade chips, pico, guacamole and mango margaritas as we arrived. Ana's chilaquiles was something we could have eaten every morning, was so delicious. The 2 of them together are a dream team. They took care of our laundry, kept the fridge stocked with water, soda, etc and were always asking if we needed anything. This stay exceeded our expectations and we have been raving to friends since we returned. Thank you!

Perfect 50th!

There was no better spot in the world to spend my husbands 50th birthday. The day was filled with margaritas, lounging in the pool and taking in the astonishing view. It is a spectacular place. Perfect in Every Way

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Many reviews have already said it, but I'll say it again - the photos don't even compare to how beautiful this property is. From the moment you walk in the front door, you're not only greeted with an incredible view, but also the amazing hospitality of Anna and Raul. These two helped make the trip incredible. Raul kept the grounds clean, the pool sparkling, and the towels and fridge stocked. Anna's cooking is amazing - her chili rellenos and carne asada (grilled by Raul) was some of the best we've ever had. They took great care of us. The property is a short ride into the romantic zone (most Ubers were about $5) and about 20 minutes from Costco and La Comer. We stayed during the humid, rainy season, but the A/C kept the house nice and cold, the pool was perfect for cooling off, and the views of the afternoon thunderstorms made for incredible sunsets. We already cannot wait to come back and have recommended this house to numerous friends. Thank you so much!

Perfect Couple Retreat

The property was even better than the photos. The location is less than 10 min from town with perfect views. The taxis were always 5 min away Beautiful finishes and convenient layout. Ana and Raul were excellent hosts and prepared all of my favorite Mexican dishes. They also provided us with all the privacy we desired. It was a perfect trip.

Exotic Paradise

Villa Ensueno was an absolute dream. The property is stunning, the vistas are unrivaled, and the hospitality (Ana and Raul) was outstanding! 6 of us escaped the cold weather in the U.S. to enjoy 5 days in Conchas Chinas neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta. Ana and Raul served some of the best and authentic Mexican food (chile rellenos, taquitos, quac and salsa, quesadillas, fish tacos, chorizo, fresh fruit, the works) as well as delicious cocktails (margaritas, pina coladas). The perfect sized (and heated) infinity pool overlooked Banderas Bay with surfacing humpback whales and nearby mountains teaming with birds of paradise, iguanas, and a white-nosed coati! The location was perfect as it was about 7 minute taxi ride to the Romantic District and about 30 minute ride to the port or airport. A nearby beach is also accessible by walking down the street. We hiked along the beach until we reached the Malecon Boardwalk which was a great day trip. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for the ultimate rest and relaxation experience!
