'Goede accommodatie gelegen in gezellige omgeving, direct aan het strand. Absoluut niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Veel restaurants in de omgeving. Kleine supermarkt tegenover het hotel. '

'Persoonlijk kleinschalig boutique hotel met geweldig uitzicht over de stad, nabij oude centrum, zwembad en heel vriendelijk personeel'

'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. I would personally not recommend this hotel, unless you are on a really low budget and/or do not care much of the condition of your accommodation, but still want to stay...

'The property is less than one year old, so all the modern amenities, plus new. The kitchen was equipped well enough and there is also a large grill outside. The pool is in a central courtyard, surrounded by a privacy wall. The owner was visiting during my stay and was very welcoming. The property is located on the edge of town, so a car, taxi, or Uber is the best way to get to central PV. But there are some restaurants and shops within walking distance. 'After a truly horrible experience with a different property in Puerto Vallarta, Vallarta shores was a saving grace for our family trip.
The staff did their best to immediately accommodate our family when moving to their property at 11:00 a.m. The rooms are spacious, well air-conditioned with amazing views.
We will definitely be back!'

'Absolutely loved my stay. Staff was amazing and so professional, they don’t include breakfast unless you book directly with them which I didn’t love but the prices at all three bars/restaurants were reasonable. They will try and sell you on their timeshare/membership but weren’t too pushy'
