The open plan and fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. A combo Krueg/coffee maker allows you to create your perfect cup of coffee.

A serene retreat awaits with 3 beautifully appointed Ensuite bedrooms. Each room features high-quality bedding, ensuring you enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

The Primary Bedroom features a King size bed and an extra large closet with views of the Puerto Vallarta Shoreline. A pack n play is provided for the little ones.

The 2nd bedroom also features a King size bed and the 3rd bedroom features a queen and twin bed with large armoire.

An oversized sofa serves as the sleeping area for the 8th person.

You will find everything you need to stay refreshed and feel rejuvenated in each of our 4 bathrooms.

The spacious bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, a large mirror and ample storage for your belongings. Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash is provided in each bathroom.

Our condo is a short 15min drive from the airport. Note: if you want to save money and take an Uber you will need to be picked up off the airport property. We can assist with those instructions.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, all swimming pools, and roof top gym and swimming pool.

Our Property Manager Nuit will be available to assist with any issues that may arrive during your stay.

This is a New building and the developer still has to pave the roadway to the Resort. The existing road is gravel packed road with pot holes.

Please note: electricity charges are in addition to the rental amount on Airbnb for all monthly rentals of 28 days or longer. Electricity is included in rentals shorter than 28 days.
Each adult guest will need to show a Passport or other ID at check in. Please turn off AC units when not using to condo. No visitors will be allowed per HOA bylaws unless registered. Pets are not allowed to stay in the Common areas. They can only walk through the common areas. If you pet barks loudly when left in the room alone and disturbs others someone will have to remain with the pet at all times or take the pet off property.
