Dit appartement met airconditioning en 1 slaapkamer voor 4 personen (slaapbank met queensize bed), is gebouwd voor comfort en verwennerij. De zeer grote slaapkamer heeft een comfortabel kingsize bed met luxe beddengoed en tv. De master ensuite heeft een rustgevende regendouche en haardrogers zijn aanwezig. Een tweede complete badkamer biedt een douche en mooie armaturen. De keuken is volledig gevuld met borden, glazen, kommen, potten en pannen, bestek, blender, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat en meer. De woonkamer heeft een queensize slaapbank, stoelen en een tv. De in-condo wasserette heeft een wasmachine en droger, evenals strijkplank en strijkijzer. WiFi en geweldige televisieprogramma's zijn beschikbaar, evenals een Bluetooth-luidspreker voor het afspelen van muziek vanaf uw apparaat. De toegang tot het gebouw is veilig en is alleen toegankelijk met een paskaart en er is ook 24 uur per dag een bewaker aanwezig. Meer details volgen op de prachtige oase op het dak met zwembad en 360 uitzicht op bergen, de oude stad en de prachtige baai van Banderas. Verfris uzelf in het 50-meter zoutwaterzwembad en ontspan vervolgens op gewatteerde ligstoelen. Heb een verandering van tempo nodig, loop een paar stappen naar het Los Muertos-strand en koop een paar waren of krijg een massage ... overal waar je het appartement in en uit gaat zal een verwennerij en geweldige ervaring zijn ... we zijn tenslotte Casa Fiesta!

Wonderful Stay!

This is our second time here at this apt and we have loved every minute! The location is great and the apt itself is exactly what we need. I love the roof top deck with pool. I would absolutely come back. The folks in the building have become like family to us. And truth be told, I think we are more at home here than at home.

THE BEDROOM HAD TV REMOTE NO BATTERIES ,WENT AND PAYED FOR BATTERIES , THEN TRY FOR 1/2 TO GET TV TO WORK , SO THE HOLE TIME HAD NO TV IN BEDROOM . HAS CABLE BOX AND TV TURNS ON THINK IT IS BOX . THEY WERE TAKING DOWN THE BUILDING BEHIND THE PARK . MY WIFE WAS TAKING A NAP SCARED HERE TO DEATH ,SHOOK THE HOLE BUILDING, LIGHT IN PLACE WAS BAD VERY DARK NEED BETTER BULBS , BED WAS GREAT

Loving on the downtown location

The Park 205 was an amazing place to stay. Already trying to see how to get back here. We love this place and so happy we made the jump from the resorts to downtown. Best choice ever!! Thank you Sue for this awesome experience!!

Great place for a get away

What a great place to stay. The condo is conveniently located in the heart of Zona romantica. Just a short walk to the beach, along with a short walk to many fantastic restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very quiet even though the location has lots of noise from the busy street and nightlife. The condo was very clean and bright. The rooftop pool was amazing with a heated pool, plenty of lounging chairs and a view that is very hard to beat. We will definitely be back to PV and this condo for sure. Thanks to Sue and Guss for providing great communication throughout the booking process along with the stay.

Excelent location.

Location is great. Unit is on the first floor facing a noisy street in case you don’t like noise. Views from terrace are great. Kitchen was very well equipped to cook almost anything. In general, the place is great. Communication with Gus, the administrator, was not that good; I felt I was going to be scolded when messaging him. Not really the tone and kind of communication I would expect (slow response or no response at all). Sue was great though.

Location, location,location,close to beach front bars,beach, restaurants & entertainment. Comfortable bed, a/c works well, quiet for sleeping. Kitchen well provisioned with good quality cooking utensils. New larger screen tv added this year was wonderful. Balcony can be a bit noisy, but that is the street life we wanted to be centred in. Rooftop pool, bbq area and lounging chairs add oasis in heart of old town.

Fantastic Condo

This condo is fantastic. Well furnished, great location to restaurants, bars, beach and a market on the first floor of the building which is very convenient. The building is quiet with a nice gym, rooftop pool and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in and out were very easy. Definitely will stay here again.

Casa Fiesta is perfection !

Casa Fiesta has all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay . The location is great . The decor is amazing . I’m looking forward to returning to Casa Fiesta !

Romantic zone Oasis

The king size bed is very comfortable and with the sliding doors closed it’s quiet and dark to sleep well. The ensuite is spacious with a walk-in shower. The rain shower head has plenty of flow. The additional second bathroom is smaller but does have a second walk in shower. The kitchen is well outfitted with everything needed for cooking and dining. The furniture in the kitchen/ living room area is functional and comfortable. The living room has a wall-mounted smart television, and we particularly enjoyed having the Bluetooth boom box to play music through. There is a small balcony off the dining room. Outside of the condo, we loved the seventh floor rooftop area. A lengthy lap pool is the focus. There are plenty of lounge chairs in the sun. A shaded area with comfortable cushion sofas and love seats, arranged around center coffee tables, provide for an nice reading or chatting area. We very much enjoyed the gas barbeque for sunset dining at the large rooftop tables. Hosts, Sue and Dan, respect your privacy, while at the same time check in to see that all is well, and always appear to be available at the end of a email. Location location location. The park can’t be beat for this with the nearness to the beach, plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby. Our second time to stay in this VRBO, but not last.
