Prachtig ingericht condominium in een van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen van Puerto Vallarta met een verbazingwekkende gemeenschappelijke ruimte, inclusief zwembad op het dak, jacuzzi, Weber Professional BBQ, gedeeltelijke buitenkeuken en goed uitgeruste fitnessruimte.

Zenith Luxury Condominium ontwikkeling is gelegen in het hart van de romantische zone, dus er zijn geen heuvels of trappen te beklimmen bij toegang tot het gebouw. Onze prachtige condominium is zorgvuldig en elegant ingericht met alle gemakken van thuis. De accommodatie biedt uitzicht op het Sierra Madre-gebergte, de oude binnenstad, de kathedraal Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van Guadalupe en het uitzicht op het meer over het water vanaf het grote gemeubileerde terras. De eenheid bevat meer dan 1200 vierkante meter aan leef- en buitenruimte. Deze grote slaapkamer, twee badkamers condominium biedt plaats aan maximaal 4 gasten met een kingsize bed in de master suite en op maat gemaakte tweepersoons slaapbank in de op het noorden gelegen woonkamer. Beide badkamers zijn prachtig ingericht met glazen douches, zachte handdoeken, shampoo, conditioner en zeep. Alle ramen inclusief de grote dubbel gepijnigde glazen schuifwand naar het terras zijn voorzien van op maat gemaakte jaloezieën voor privacy en comfort.
Het apparaat heeft een flatscreen televisie in de woonkamer (lokale zenders en internationaal nieuws), internet / WIFI en airconditioning in de hele. De keuken is uitgerust met hoogwaardige roestvrijstalen apparaten, evenals een ingebouwd ultraviolet en gefilterd waterzuiveringssysteem voor de ijsmachine en waterdispenser in de koelkast. Het complex is uitgerust met een koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, mixer, glaswerk, potten / pannen, borden, kookgerei, wasmachine, droger, strijkijzer, strijkplank en een kluis voor uw waardevolle spullen. Er is ook een Bose Bluetooth-luidspreker in huis om naar je favoriete gedownloade muziek te luisteren vanaf je smartphone of computer.

I booked this place for my birthday and had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly attentive and thoughtful — they even surprised me with champagne, which truly made the experience feel special. The space itself was very spacious, spotless, and comfortable. I also loved how close it was to everything, which made getting around super easy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

What an amazing experience

My husband and I transferred to Gabriel and Randy's place mid trip and we were blown away by how accommodating they were. Amazing hosts. The place was also awesome. Had everything you could think of as far as extras. Super comfortable and a great rooftop pool and exercise area. So close to all the restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the beach and all the beach clubs. We would recommend friends and family to stay here with Gabriel and Randy for sure.

The condo is situated perfectly in the middle of the Romantic Zone. The owners are super friendly and helpful, and the condo is stocked with everything you can possibly need. The Condo was beautiful and so comfy right where all the action is. The only thing I wished they had cable TV in the bedroom and a let guest at least 30 to an hour late check out, other than tha I rate this place A+

Excellent Condo in a Great Location

This was one of the best condos we have ever been to in PVR. The location is great for everything from the beach to restaurants and bars. The condo itself is immaculate and extremely well stocked. The owners thought of everything including good supply of body wash, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. They include several sets of bath towels and wash cloths so there was no fear of running low even though there is a washer and dryer in the condo. The fact that the refrigerator water is ultra violent purified was a huge plus for us and saved us having to lug bottles of water to the condo. The owners were amazing from start to finish. The communication was excellent and they really seemed to care that we were having a good time by periodically checking in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was going well. We absolutely will rent from Randy and Gabriel again! Thanks guys!

The hosts cannot be friendlier or more responsive. They unit and property are very clean. The building front desk is very professional. The unit has a great large outdoor space for your morning coffee. Having two full bathrooms is great if you are a couple traveling. The condo is stocked with everything you need and more.

Most outstanding home away from home! Condo was extremely well appointed, clean, comfortable and very homey. Views from pool display the scenic beauty of Puerto Vallarta. Location is in the Romantic zone with convenience to great restaurants, shops and the beach. Gabriel and Randy are great warm welcoming hosts - if you forget to pack something it is more than likely already there, they have thought of everything! Home away from home

This place was more than we could have asked for. The location is wonderful. A short walk to the beach every morning. Close to so many wonderful restaurants and clubs. If you come to PVR for the nightlight, this is the place to stay. The check in process was wonderful. Gabriel and Randy are so sweet and genuine. They made it feel like home. The best part was running into them while out and about and them stopping to say hello. Just that little extra touch that made our vacation that much better. This being our 3rd trip to PVR, this is by far the best one. We look forward to our next trip. Will book this place for sure.

Fabulous Vacation

This is a beautiful property. The owners, Randy and Gabriel have thought of everything to make sure you have a relaxing vacation. Location is great. Close to restaurants, beach and the Malecon. Bus service is close to take you to the larger stores for shopping. Again, this property is a gem and would highly recommended it for any length of stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Having rented many vacation properties in USA & Mexico, Randy & Gabriel are by far the most gracious hosts we have met. They simply think of everything and their property is immaculate. It is also good to know that they are only a few minutes away should you have any questions or concerns. Zenith is a lovely building in the best location, (no hills), and although close to restaurants, bars, clubs the bedroom is very quiet - and comfortable! We will always try to rent from Randy and Gabriel on future trips to Vallarta as we know any of their properties will be top notch.
