Mooi en ontspannend appartement in het prestigieuze Conchas Chinas

  • Welkom bij Casa Linda in Conchas China. Condo Azul is de bovenste eenheid van 3 afzonderlijke en unieke condos, elk met hun eigen stijl en ontwerp. Het appartement is ongeveer 1000 vierkante voet met een eigen terras ongeveer 300 vierkante voet. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, met nieuw beddengoed, nieuwe handdoeken en keukengerei. De grote kamers kijken uit op het noordwesten en bieden uitzicht op een groenstrook vol met dieren in het wild en Banderas Bay. Pak onze gratis Tommy Bahama-strandstoelen en maak een korte wandeling van 5 minuten naar Playa Conchas Chinas of toegang tot de lokale bus op slechts enkele minuten van de oude binnenstad in PV. Een groot zwembad, gas-BBQ en ligstoelen wachten op u voor ontspanning en plezier! Tal van andere voorzieningen plus de eenzaamheid van Casa Linda maken uw Puerto Vallarta-ervaring onvergetelijk!

Everything about this place was fantastic. Rodney, the host reached out to us a couple of weeks before the beginning of our stay to make sure we knew how to get to the place and offered to get some initial groceries since we would be getting in late. Amazing! When we arrived, the property manager was waiting for us and gave us a complete walk-through of our condo. There is an extensive binder, explaining everything you could imagine about the place, local restaurants, transportation, how to get help if we need it. Absolutely everything you could think of has been thought of and all this to say our vacation at Condo Azul At Casa Linda, was the most enjoyable, relaxing vacation we’ve had in a long time.

Walking into this condo took our breath away. Beautiful views from all the rooms made for a tranquil restful stay. The bedding was super comfortable and the kitchen adequate. The beach was a short walk down the steep road and using the chairs and an umbrella provided by our host was all we needed for a gorgeous beach experience. The pool was heated and area around it very relaxing. Mercedes, Ian and Gris could not have been kinder. It was lovely to meet Rod the owner who was helpful when we asked for railing to be put up in the bathrooms. Overall a super wonderful stay.

Host was great and stayed in touch also provided tips on things to do in the area. We were met graciously when we arrived and got a walk thru the property. The view is stunning! We felt like we were in our own seaside villa. Everything you need is there for a great stay. We even used the outdoor grill by the pool. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at condo Azul and would definitely stay again! Rod and his staff (Mercedes and Ian) are all attentive and helped us feel welcome. We stayed for 12 days and couldn’t have enjoyed our time more. The location, condo amenities, and view are all excellent. We walked to Zona Romantica, beaches and the Malecon daily from the condo and either walked back via beach or took a cab easily. I agree with others there is no need for a car. It was our first time to PV and we had a great time exploring the city as well as going on bus tours both around and south of town too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo!

We loved our stay at Condo Azul. Rod couldn’t have been more helpful and timely with his communication and recommendations. Awesome getaway!

Perfect accommodation for 2 couples. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms, shared common areas. Fantastic views from balcony. Quiet community. Great workout for your legs to get down to the beach and back but worth it. We used Uber and they were fast and reasonable. Everything we needed to cook our own meals which we did. A really “good for our soul” vacation. Staff was excellent.

Amazing Condo

Shared condo Azule with my husband and our friend. The location is magical. We counted so many iguanas and gorobos from the balcony. The pool was perfect and refreshing. I am so glad we stayed here. I normally stay in the middle of town, but this was so much better. It was such a great stay, I would adjust my future dates to rent this exact condo again. Mercedes and Ian are so helpful and can arrange anything you might need

A stunning location!

This is an amazing property! Our first time in PV couldn't have been a better experience. Casa Linda is located south of the city, in the quieter Conchas Chinas area. We loved the views! We were able to watch the whales in the bay from the balcony and iguanas sunning in the greenbelt trees. It was a quick walk to the beach and a short bus/uber/taxi ride to town. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The Wilson's are wonderful hosts who thought of everything to ensure a fabulous stay. We will be back!

Relaxing and Beautiful

We loved the Casa Linda Condo Azul. It was professionally decorated, clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the veranda enjoying the view and relaxing at the pool. We loved that it was south of the bustle of town so it made a great get a way from the crowds. The neighborhood was nice and quiet except the birds who were fascinating to watch. We will definitely consider returning one day. The management staff was attentive and very responsive to all of our requests and questions. This is a keeper!

Could have been better

The pool was a big disappointment unless you like green hair, green bathing suits and other items to turn green. We had to ask the manager multiple times to please have the pool cleaned. She was very nice but there wasn’t a person proactively maintaining. We checked out 2 days early because the pool required maintenance. It was very Hot and humid in PV and all we wanted was to be in pool.

Fantastic!

We are so glad to have found this lovely condo. As the property only has 3 units it really feels more like a house. Never tired of sitting on the patio and staring at the lovely views. Pool just a few steps away. We loved the neighborhood and that is was close to town (20 min walk or 5 minute taxi) and the beach was fantastic. The property is well maintained and has everything you need. Also great to have quality beach chairs and an umbrella. The hill walk was great for burning calories! Would highly recommend the condo. Thank you Rod and Gail for making us feel so welcome.

Wonderful property

Wonderful property and great views, sometimes what you see in the pictures is not what you get when you arrive. In the case of this listing everything is exactly the same everything as advertised in a positive light.If you know PV you know how special Conchas Chinas is. I have been coming here for nearly 30 years and always stay here. For people in the know it’s the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta because you’re minutes away from all the action if you like great dining and a great night life but at the end of the night and during the day you want to go home and have the peace and tranquility of a quiet time to relax with a great view of the ocean.Look at that, I called it home without thinking, thank you for the hospitality.

Everything we expected and more.

It was a treat for us to stay in such a beautiful setting! The condo is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, clean and beautifully decorated with local art. The view from the terrace overlooking Banderas Bay and the neighbourhood homes is stunning. We enjoyed seeing whales, iguanas and beautiful birds especially with the binoculars the host provided us. We were able to walk to the beach and along it into town. Enjoyed sunset dinners at La Playita and the Grand Miramar. The hosts and their staff were great.
