This’s a centrally located in old town of Puerto Vallarta , on the beach, breathtaking ocean views , 1860 sq. Corner unit. With 2 bed & bath condo. Plus a 2 levels of Q size of sofa bed . New renovation. 70 & 60 x 2 Smart TV. Twice a week made service. 24/7 security guards. Large pool by the ocean. Handicap welcome. Fantastic condo, fantastic location.

Overall one of my best stays ever from VRBO. The owner was the friendliest and most accommodating host that I’ve ever had. The location of the condo could not have been better and the modern updates really made it an ideal place to stay. Highly recommend

Perfect location

The view and location were perfect. There is a front desk person available 24 hrs. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. Pool was great. Everything was wonderful.

This is a beautiful condo with stunning views of the bay. It is steps from the beach. Everything was very clean and modern. Location is perfect. Convenient to restaurants, stores and the Malecon

This condo has everything needed for a perfect stay to include the amazing views. The location is perfect as it's within walking distance of everything. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to make meals and snacks while watching the whales and listening to the waves. The pool area is relaxing and the beach chairs were a great bonus. Hans was very responsive to all messages and we were so very thankful that his perfect spot in paradise was available for our stay. This will definitely be our go-to spot for all future visits and I can't wait to plan our next vacation very soon.

Beautiful place

The condo exceeded our expectations. It is a classic Mexican upscale building with all the tasteful updates. The ocean views are unequalled anywhere in the area. Easy walk to everything you could want. We will definitely come again and stay here !

A centrally located property with pool and access to ocean. Amenities easily walked to. Front desk host is nice to have. Balcony ocean front wonderful for meals and gazing. Good for two couples. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Beautiful setting and views from balcony..lots of room .. it was nice to have two bedroom two bathrooms and refrigerator to put some water bottles in. It was convenient to get everywhere. There was no street available parking but we did parking an underground garage which was right across the street so it’s very convenient.

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed the building and location of this property. It was quiet and the description is accurate. The view is amazing as well. I couldn't give this property five stars because there were some maintenance issues with the unit that need to be addressed. The staff at the building are fabulous, and so helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing view, bay waves lullaby

View was so amazing we didn’t want to leave the patio. Spotted whales several times. Fell to sleep every night to the sound of waves. This condo is in the heart of the romantic zone. It has large rooms and everything is clean and comfortable. Pool is nice and heated. Building is very well maintained and the front desk person is nice. Walking anywhere is convenient from this location: stores, restauraunts, plazas, marecon.

Ahhhh-mazing stay in Puerto Vallarta!

The pictures of this property don’t do it justice. The beach is just steps away, and everything is within walking distance. When we weren’t out exploring or having fun, we spent 90% of our time on the condo’s balcony. Our host responded right away to our questions, and the condo management team was so lovely and welcoming. If you book here, just know that the management team doesn’t replace supplies like TP or paper towels, so you may need to grab some at the corner market oxxo (similar to an American 7-11). If it’s location, location, location you are looking for… this place is amazing.

The 2 room 2 bath condo had breathtaking views of the beach and ocean with spectacular sunsets from the balcony. Private walkway directly from the pool area to a private gate onto the beach. Fully appointed kitchen with large living area. Shops, restaurants, and food stores within a block.And the highlight was seeing whales breach from our deck!Host was responsive and gracious. Area was safe and well monitored. Really the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in.
