DAMAGE WAIVER & SECURITY DEPOSIT

- A one-time, non-refundable Damage Waiver of $10 USD is added at checkout and may be listed as HOST FEE. This covers up to $300 USD in accidental damage as detailed in the Rental Agreement.

A Security Deposit Credit Hold (similar to hotel policy) is required: $500 USD or 50% of the booking total, whichever is greater. This hold is placed 24 hours before check-in and released within 7 days of departure if no damage is reported. No money is charged unless necessary.
