PENINSULA VALLARTA
Dit prachtige nieuwe condo-appartement aan het strand ligt in het hart van de hotelzone van Puerto Vallarta. 10 minuten van het centrum van Puerto Vallarta en de jachthaven, Peninsula Vallarta bestaat uit 3 condo torens en een openluchtplein. Ons appartement is gelegen in toren 3 naast de rivier de Pitillal. De toren voorzieningen omvatten: een lobby en meerdere lounges met draadloos internet. Buiten kunt u ontspannen op een ligbed naast het infinity zwembad van 394 ft, liggen in het enorme peuterbad ideaal voor kinderen, of een dutje doen onder een palapa op het strand.

CONDOMINIUM
Dit ruime appartement van 2250 m² heeft 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. De master suite beschikt over: een kingsize bed, een jacuzzi, een 32-inch flatscreen-tv (kabel / dvd) en toegang tot een eigen balkon met uitzicht op de Sierra Madre-bergen en de rivier de Pitillal. De 2e slaapkamer bestaat uit: een queensize bed, een eigen badkamer en heeft ook toegang tot het balkon op de Sierra Madre / rivier. De 3e slaapkamer, ideaal voor kinderen, is ingericht met 2 aparte bedden en een wandkast.

De keuken heeft granieten aanrecht en kijkt uit over de woon- en eetgedeelte die een ongelooflijk uitzicht op de oceaan delen. Deze geweldige kamer heeft een 47-inch flatscreen-tv (kabel / dvd) en draadloos (WiFi) high speed internet. De telefoon heeft een Amerikaans nummer en kan met het Vonage World Plan GRATIS LANGE AFSTAND maken naar de VS en Canada. Het aangrenzende balkon aan de oceaan, ingericht met ligstoelen en een eettafel in café-stijl, stelt u in staat om volledig te genieten van de adembenemende zonsondergangen.

Extra functies zijn onder meer: koelkast met onafhankelijk water / ijsfiltratiesysteem, exclusieve wasmachine / droger, kamer-per-kamer gecontroleerde airconditioning en een eigen parkeerplaats.

Houd er rekening mee dat vanwege de administratieregels alleen gasten die in het appartement verblijven toegang tot de accommodatie krijgen. Het is niet toegestaan om externe gasten uit te nodigen op het terrein.

Beautiful Stay

This a very large and beautiful condo with amazing views over and through the palm trees. The kitchen is well supplied. The three bathrooms were a plus for our party. The enormous pool is a pleasant temperature, and our teenage granddaughter loved ordering food at the pool. The only detraction was harsh music from the neighboring night spot, but it did end at 9 pm. The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful. The condo, lobby, and grounds could hardly have been more lovely.

The Peninsula Vallarta property was pristinely clean, nicely equipped and right on the beach with a massive pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property manager, Oswaldo checked on us several times during our stay and was quick to react and solve the plumbing issue we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway

My husband and I stayed here with our three teenagers. The condo was lovely, spacious and well-stocked. The property manager was helpful and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. We loved the location - right on the beach with restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within easy walking distance. The building has a nice gym and helpful security and staff. A few things to note - the condo is on the first floor so the ocean view is slightly obscured by the tops of palm trees. We didn’t mind and the view is still beautiful. The pool does not have nearly enough chairs for all of the guests in the buildings. If you weren’t at the pool by 9:30 you would not be able to find a chair. Also, There is waitstaff at the pool but they were few and far between and the one day we ordered food it took well over an hour to be delivered. You’re better off bringing a cooler with your own drinks and food. Lastly, the unit is right next to a loud night club. They only play on the weekends so it was peaceful during the week but on weekend nights it is very loud. You can’t hear it too much if you’re in the condo with the doors closed but if you want to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean, you can’t. That said, we were completely pleased and would definitely rent this place again!

Loved The peninsula!

Loved the apartment and the facilities! Best pool in Puerto Vallarta! We stayed for 14 days. The service and good at the pool was a nice bonus. Prices were resonable Walked to many good restaurants and taxis were inexpensive to go downtown. Would stay there again!

Great location, modern and spacious condo

Very good experience overall. There was a slight delay in check but otherwise no issues. The apartment was well set up and very spacious. The only small issue was that the unit needs some more cleaning and the entrance door needs to be repaired since it is difficult to lock/unlock. The last day the air conditioning system vent in the kitchen started dripping and we reported this to the property manager. So the owner may want to do some minor repairs and upkeep to keep this property well maintained. I look forward to staying there again when I visit PV next time.

This property is in a wonderful location! Unit is in Tower 3. it is on a lower floor which was nice, but not as great a view if higher. The Food and Service at then Pool Bar and Grill was great. Pool is wonderful but needing a little repair. Pool area was not crowded at all. I was there for 17 days in Oct. Air in Condo worked great, everything we needed was there. Walking distance to several restaurants, which we enjoyed. Not a long ride to downtown to eat or see the sites. Close by airport but did not hear planes at all, even outside. The Major Downer for this Condo Development is the Bar next door. Loud Music AND ANNOYING Siren sounds that they play every 10 minutes. It is loud even in the condo with doors shut. The Music is only on Thurs, Friday and Sat. until 11ish. Short ride to Costco and Walmart. Great Security. I would stay here again. Enjoyed our stay (except the sirens).

Great location!

We loved this place! Right in front of the ocean and we barely needed to use the aircon as there was always a breeze. Very well equipped and stocked. Great to be able to have a massage in the apartment as well. The only minor issue we had was that the wifi did not extend to the master bedroom, but otherwise, we had a great stay and would recommend this listing..

Apartment was spacious and nicely set up. Pool was expansive which prevented crowdedness. Property was well maintained. Gym facility was excellent, although due to COVID restrictions, appointments were required and all morning times were “reserved” although it appeared some never showed up to their reserved time.

Great yet just ok

Very mixed on how to review this property. It was amazing! Yet there is some room for improvement. Pros: - The pool was incredible! Big pool so you have tons of room for yourself and others -Beach access and the best beaches near PV -Pool side drinks and food was incredible! Great price and very tasty Mexican food. You can really stay there all day, which we did. -The size of the condo was great. We only had 4 people, but can very comfortably have 6 people no problem. (bring house shoes or slippers though, the tile is hard on your feet. And you do a lot of walking inside since the condo is so big) -Location was just far enough away from PV to be quiet but close enough to take a taxi easily. (55ish peso for an Uber) -On site concierge is super helpful on restaurants and grocery stores and other local info. Cons: -Water heater sucks. 1 person cannot take a shower more than 3 minutes with hot water. Even though there are 3 bathrooms, everyone can't shower at once with hot water. -The trees are a little tall, so you can't whale watch from the balcony. -Beach club has loud music on the weekend. Thankfully, its only on the weekend and during the day. -Property manager is not very responsive to text. So if you need anything, you have to call. -No guests are allowed on the property if they do not have a "special" wrist band. So if you invite friends over, you need to tell the property manager, who will then call security. (Found that out the hard way) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will probably stay again. The pool and beach are easily the best parts of the property.

WFH/vacation

We are a family of 3. Like a lot of people during this crazy time, we are working and schooling remotely. This condo was the perfect size for all of us to have a private space for zoom calls and with a great view of the the beach and mountains. Due to the size of the condo, the WIFI is a bit week in the back bedrooms but the modem is in the unit and you are able to plug in extenders for better signal. We brought our own, knowing we needed reliable WIFI. The pool is ginormous so social distancing was not an issue. Lots of seating with umbrellas. Poolside service is also available. There were several units in this building available, but this unit was nicely priced and tastefully decorated. We also liked that it was on a lower level so we had the option to take the stairs and avoid sharing/waiting for elevator. The unit was also stocked with some basic necessities such as hand soap, cooking oil, sugar, S/P, TP... so check the cabinets before shopping. Both the owner and property manager were responsive and great to interact with. Concierge was also great and helped us book several excursions as well as arrange for a rental car to be delivered and picked up to/from the property. They can also arrange for airport transportation. There's also a sports bar, Starbucks, pharmacy and several banks/ATMs in the community. Grocery store, mall and restaurants were also within walking distance. We would definitely rent again!
