  • Penthouse 3 is located in the V399 Condominium Building situated in the heart of Puerto Vallarta s old town, Zona Romantica. This is an extremely sought after building and with being the only penthouse with two huge balconies facing the bay is arguably the best in the building.

    The roof-top common area is complete with a large heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi, barbecue, and dining, lounging and socializing areas all with sweeping 360 views of the Bay of Banderas, the Sierra Madre Mountains and the City lights of Puerto Vallarta.

    Just 3 short blocks to the Bay of Banderas, Los Muertos Beach and the "Malecon", Puerto Vallarta s famous ocean side esplanade, you will enjoy an easy walk to everything that Vallarta has to offer with no hills to climb and absolutely no need to drive or taxi. While offering seclusion and comfort, some of the surrounding attractions include gourmet restaurants, plush lounges and bars, art galleries and many shops.

    Penthouse 3 is beautifully decorated includes a kitchen that has all top-of-the-line appliances, granite counter tops along with a large island with seating for four. All the amenities are included in this beautifully designed and appointed kitchen with closet with washer and dryer.

    Attached to the kitchen is a very comfortable living room with ample seating a 65” smart tv and small powder room attached. Also great views out on to the terrace.

    As you step out onto the Terrace you will see why it was designed to take advantage of the beautiful and world renown Puerto Vallarta sunsets, view of the Bay of Banderas and beautiful old town Zona Romantica.

    The spacious Master bedroom includes King Size bed, private bathroom, closet, safe, ceiling fans, air conditioning and smart TV. It also features a second large terrace.

We stayed for almost a month at Evans condo. It was a great place to stay and a wonderful location. The ACwas great and helped us to acclimate to Vallarta's heat & Humidity. We especially loved the pool. So many good restaurants nearby. Evan was very responsive and helped us a couple times when we didn't understand something. Thanks Evan

A Must Stay.

I have been traveling to PV for many years. By far the best place I have stayed at. The location was close to many great places to eat, great bars and clubs. Not to mention close to the beach. Highly recommended. I will definitely return.

Location and comfort

Evan's place is a MUST stay if you have the opportunity to book when in PV. The location is top notch minutes away from food, entertainment, and beach. The building pool and hot tub was recently remodeled and we hardly left as it had all the comforts we needed. We are looking forward to staying again and will be on the lookout for Evan and this unit!

Always a great vacation in PV

Location, location, location. The condo is close to everything we like to do plus no hills to climb. Favorite restaurants and clubs were all within walking distance. Condo was very nice, spacious and comfortable. Two great patios with great views. I would recommend this place to anyone that loves the PV romantic zone.Until next year,Robert M

Evan is an amazing host! He greeted us as we arrived at the appointed time. The property was undergoing some amenity renovations and he explained that to us upon arrival. The elevator happened to be out but was being service as we arrived, and we explained an immediate need for some provisions and pesos. Evan graciously accompanied us to the nearby Oxxo, bank and farmacia while the elevators were serviced. He shared a 50% off deal on some Don Julio Setenta (70) tequila which we took.advantage of, and escorted us to a beautiful penthouse tour and we enjoyed the place for 2 weeks. It was very comfortable, well appointed and suited our needs very well for the entire stay.He actually joined us for dinner at a nearby restaurant the first night and was probably one of the nicest, gracious hosts I've enjoyed through VRBO. There was a small roof leak caused by a rainstorm during our stay which we reported. He arrived shortly thereafter with an engineer from the property administration to address the concern, which shows pride of ownership.We will definitely come back and recommend this property. Evan made us feel welcome. He was very gracious and responsive to our needs (which were few) and checked in a couple times during our stay.After we returned from our stay, Evan thanked us and invited us back to stay at his place. 5

Refreshing Get Away

Location was great, quiet, easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, markets and pubs. Only a 3 block walk to the beach for our daily beach walks on the sand. Condo was equipped with all we needed for a group of 6. The pull out couch was one of most comfy. The 2 verandas allowed both privacy and gathering areas for our family. Our favourite time was at sunset, which was breath taking. Communication with Evan was only a text away, and if needed he dropped by to check on any concerns, which were very few. Misleading & Disappointing

I want to preface this review by noting that we ultimately did not stay in the originally booked condo. Upon arrival, the host informed us that his mother lives in the unit part of the year. We were expecting a dedicated vacation rental, not a semi-permanent residence, and were surprised and disappointed that this important detail wasn’t disclosed before or after booking. The unit itself was not clean or guest-ready. We encountered several concerning issues, including a hole in the ceiling above the shower, an unsanitary bench and foot scrubber left in the primary shower, dirty floorboards and appliances, and an ant problem throughout. The refrigerator was stocked with used condiment bottles—including a prescription medication bottle—and the freezer was filled with leftover food. After sharing our concerns, Evan offered us another unit on the same floor. We stayed there for three nights before relocating to a different, cleaner, and better-maintained condo. Unfortunately, the second unit also had problems: clogged bathroom sinks, stained and worn towels and linens, mold around the faucets, and a persistent, unpleasant odor coming from the sinks and drains. To be transparent, we chose not to report the additional issues with the second condo—we were already frustrated and just wanted to move on to a place that met the standard we’ve come to expect after seven years of visiting Puerto Vallarta. Building pool & staff were great, but we'd never stay in either condo again.
