Gloednieuw appartement in het Grand Venetian-complex. De unit heeft 2 slaapkamers: een slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, de andere slaapkamer heeft 2 queensize bedden, elke kamer heeft een eigen Smart TV, airconditioning en ventilators. 2 badkamers, ingerichte keuken, comfortabele woonkamer, eetkamer, wasmachine, droger, vaatwasser en WIFI. Mooi terras met een prachtig uitzicht en een jacuzzi.

Het complex heeft prachtige groene zones, ingangen met poorten en 24/7 beveiliging op het terrein. Er zijn vier zwembaden om uit te kiezen, waaronder twee grote aan het strand, oneindige zwembaden met een prachtig uitzicht op het centrum van Puerto Vallarta, ondergrondse parkeerplaatsen, sportcentrum en tennisbanen.
De locatie van het appartement is perfect, geweldige loopafstanden. Aan de overkant van de straat vindt u verschillende heerlijke restaurants en bars, naast het winkelcentrum 'La Isla', Costco in de buurt, het centrum van Puerto Vallarta en de luchthaven liggen op slechts 15 minuten afstand.

The view is excellent and the pools were very nice. There were always pool chairs available, but we traveled after the incident in Puerto Vallarta and many people were still not traveling. The condo needs a lot of renovations and updating. The cabinets are in need of repair and the doors and door frames are falling apart. The hot tub left black particles at the bottom every time we used it. I contacted the host and they were going to send a handyman that day. The handyman did not come and was not going to be available until the day before we left. Overall, the location and view are very good. The condo itself is not.

Good stay!

Overall we were pleased with the condo. It was nice to have 2 queen beds in one room to accommodate our teenager kids. The room with the king bed is smaller because the primary bedroom is used for the queen beds. Not a big deal for us but missed the big bathroom. The location of the condo is great. We loved being away from the busier Zona romantica. Everything is an easy walk/uber/taxi ride away. Our favorite part of the condo were definitely the pools and hot tubs on the grounds along with the restaurant. Great food and drinks and great prices.Be aware that Friday through Sunday there is a club right next to condo that plays music VERY loudly from about 1-9pm. It makes sitting on the patio almost impossible. Monday through Thursday we’re lovely without the noise. The kitchen could use some updating and addition of more dishes (especially wine glasses).we appreciated the big water jug that was provided. My son loved the tub on the patio but be aware that it is not a hot tub but is a jetted bathtub.Sergio and Regina were amazing and always quick to respond, especially when we had a problem with water heater. Highly recommend using Antonio for a private driver/tour of the area around Sayulita. It was the best part of our trip (ask Sergio for his contact info).

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The two queen beds in the second bedroom were perfect for our teen boys. We loved whale watching right from our balcony! The condo community was beautiful, safe, and friendly people. We would definitely stay again!

Grand Venetian Tower 3

The 3 buildings and common areas ae very well maintained, pools and gym were lovely, amazing ocean views from the beach and balcony. The biggest drawback (which is noted in the VRBO description) is the extremely loud music playing non stop Thur thru Sunday each week from about 2 pm till 9pm. It is so loud unable to enjoy the balcony during that time period. There unit itself is reasonably well equipped but in need of minor repairs - loose kitchen cupboards, doorframes need painting, better light bulbs in overhead fixtures and fridge, etc. On the plus side - quality bed linens, towels, etc and kitchen well equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the space and the view- perfect for a family to be together and allow for personal space at the same time. Had one problem with the shower not draining well and it was immediately taken care of. Communication prior to arrival and during our stay was very good. We would book this location again!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location was truly breathtaking, offering stunning views that complemented the serene atmosphere. The property itself was immaculate and had been thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Great Spot in PV!

Great location!! Lots of pools and close to malls and restaurants. Not too far from the Malecon. The place was clean, safe and spacious for 2 couples, it had everything needed for a very enjoyable vacation!!

Great spot, great complex, but needs TLC

We recently stayed at this prooerty for 2 weeks, this was our first time in PV. The Grand Venetian complex is great, many pools, amenities, gym and restaurant. The location is also very central with many grocery stores, shops that are walking distance. The unit itself was spacious and appeared at a first glance like the photos. But as we unpacked and settled in, we noticed many things were broken and needed fixing. There are many patches on the walls, moulding around doors missing or damaged, drawers not closing properly, both showers are clogged and don’t drain, the kitchen has the minimum supplies, there’s no additional bedding, pillows or blankets. Our first week there, the A/C in the back of the condo broke down in the bedroom area. We wasted an entire day with workers there fixing it, which they did. However a few days later, the front unit A/C broke as well. Thankfully the property manager Sergio responded promptly and suggested we move to a vacant unit. It was not ideal to pack everything up and move, but at this point it was so hot that we accepted. This was another day of our vacation spent dealing with issues of the unit. We were thankful a vacant unit was available and offered to us. Now that we back home, we reached out to the management to explain the situation and a day was credited to us. Overall, this unit needs repairs and some TLC in order to gain full stars.

This property is very nicely located next to La Isla in the hotel zone in one of 3 beautiful towers with multiple pools, access to beach and shopping and not far from the airport. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Theses condos are a bit older and we had some maintenance issues but they responded quickly. We would stay again

Beautiful Apartment!!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and it was PERFECT! Check-in was super easy and everything we needed was provided. AC worked great and we loved soaking in the tub on the balcony. The pools on the property were all well maintained and never crowded. We would definitely return to this place anytime we're visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Excellent accommodations and service

We rented this suite from Jan 14-28 2024. We were a party of five and this suite was exactly what we needed. Everything was as shown in the listing and we cant say enough about Sergio, who took care of us. Communications with Sergio and Regina were easy and answered promptly. The amenities here are excellent and the on site staff were very friendly. We had seen previous reviews that warned us about the local access road to the beach and the Bar located below the suite just off the property but they were not an issue. The bar music shuts off by 9pm and is only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday starting around 2pm. There was some partying and noise on the public beach and access road/parking area but since the bedrooms are at the back of the suite we didn't hear it. The sunsets from the ocean view balcony are amazing and we were able to see some whales on a couple of occasions. Early morning risers can also watch the cruise ships come in to port. We did use all of the appliances including the washer/dryer and gas oven and everything worked and was in good condition. The furniture was comfortable when we were actually sitting in the suite. The water pressure in the bathroom showers were awesome. We would recommend this suite to anyone looking to stay in PV and to be near the heart of the Hotel Zone with great access to multiple pools and the beach. We are already looking at this property for 2025!

Miserable

The unit itself was nice and the communication and availability of the manager was good… the air conditioning went out for 4 out of our 6 night stay and sounded horrible the other two nights. The manager refunded us for two of the nights but I asked for the other two and they said that they couldn’t. They ended up moving us to another unit the last night which was appreciated but a pain to have to pack up and move. The noise from the club supposedly ends at 8:00 in the evening but didn’t end until nearly midnight. It is so loud that you can’t sit out on the patio and talk at night. The unit is quiet but the patio isn’t. All in all the trip was miserable!! I am very disappointed that they didn’t refund us for the other two nights!
