Staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay Beds are very comfortable and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. 'We stayed for 4 nights. It was great! Super clean hotel and because it's not that big it felt personal and really calm with not that many people. The only thing we "disliked" was the power of the water, that was weak. The airco was not that cold. But other than that, we really liked our room. 'Diesesmal hatten wir ein Appartement im Hotel Istra das zwar sauber war aber schlecht gewartet! Einige Türen (u.a. Glastüren im Bad, Zwischentüren, Eingangstüren) waren nur mit Mühe zu öffnen, im Bad war eine transparente Abdichtung des Spritzschutzes der Glaswand ( ... ein billiger Austauschartikel) verkalkt und total verbraucht! Dies hinderte uns die Badewanne zu nutzen, es wae unzumutbar. Im Zimmer 108 war die Toilette nucht wirklich zu nutzen da der Wasserschwall bei der Spülung lediglich...
