'The studio apartment is cute and located on a decent part of town. Clean and had everything we needed for 2 adults and 1 child. Our only complaints were the bed is very uncomfortable and the neighbors upstairs stomping around all ours of the night. A few stetchy people hanging around the outside of our building but overall Ryan was great and attentive. '

'This is great for families unless you need privacy. The bedroom is open to the living room and the loft is also open. We enjoyed it very much!'

'The property was described quite well and very clean. The contact person was easy to reach when things came up. There are a few minor repairs that should be done to the property, but nothing that would hinder me staying there again. And I love the fact that it’s a gated area so that was awesome as well! Overall, a wonderful day! '

'Very nice property. The only reason I gave four stars for the cleanliness is because as soon as you walk in, you can smell marijuana/cigarette smoke. Whoever was there last obviously smoked in there because I saw loose tobacco on the couch. Other than that, again very nice. Great location. No issues with neighbors, and the amenities for the apartment were great.'
