'Grand old hotel with excellent staff. Though certain areas are showing there age the overall experience was wonderful. I personally love the detailed woodwork, marble and grand staircases. Room was large with a conformable bed. Staff were very helpful, thank you to Irvilla, Danial and Merza fir all you help and thoughtfulness. Breakfast was presented beautifully with plenty of options. Overall a great experience.'

'I was on Labuan as part of my annual Anzac Day commemoration trip. l again stayed at the Tiara and as always, I thoroughly enjoyed my few days. The accommodation and food were excellent. The staff are all very attentive, enthusiastic and a credit to their employers. I am looking forward to my next visit in the near future.'

'Will stay here whenever I am in Labuan. Rooms are spacious and hotel condition is still good. Convenient for local food around the area with mini-marts for any last minute purchases. Only wish is for the cable TV to be reinstated. Channels available are rather limiting now. Wifi also tends to drop-off and does interrupt work . '

'It was so dirty specially the linen and pillow and looked like they dont dont wash it. .it look's someone use it there is ahiar on the bed and on the sink. It smell bmnit ggod even the towel we ask to change the pillow case they just gave us a "clean" pillowcase but it's still look filthy. Will not going to book that hotel Rk cahaya.'
