"The island is peaceful and beautiful, and the restaurant serves delicious food. On certain days of the week, they offer a buffet, but it’s overpriced considering the quality and what you get. I would recommend going for the à la carte menu instead. Now, the reasons I wouldn’t book this hotel again: At the pool and on the beach, there are flies and bugs everywhere—you can’t lie down and relax without being disturbed. The room we had was spacious but very outdated and poorly maintained. There was mold throughout the bathroom, the sealant was black, the bathroom cabinets were falling apart, and the air conditioners were so noisy that it was hard to sleep. We heard similar complaints from other guests. Also, be aware of the boat schedule—it can be tricky, especially when arriving"
