'Sarah and Ryan were wonderful hosts, very communicative and available throughout our visit. The location and home were perfect! We truly felt we were coming “home” every evening after a long day of activities. As a bonus and being a dog lover, the highlight was having their pup Huckleberry greet us each morning. 'Charming rustic cottage with a lovely lanai looking directly out to the ocean; perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal while enjoying gentle tradewinds. We fell asleep each night to the sounds of the waves coming into shore and woke to spectacular sunrises. Our host answered our questions quickly and offered great suggestions to make our stay even more special. Many thanks and we look forward to returning.'

'The house and beach access were just as it was advertised. Beautiful beach, house and yard! The home was very roomy and accommodated all the family needs. The yard provided lots of parking. We had full access to beach toys (kayak, paddle & boogie boards, snorkels, etc.). The kitchen had every gadget you could want or need. Each bathroom had 2 accesses, which can be challenging with 6 kids and minimal boundaries. I would definitely recommend this property.'

The pool is wonderful and the sunrises are fabulous out the bedroom window. The owner is a joy to work with…so responsive to everything we needed! We will definitely be back!'

'What a dream location! It was our first trip to Hawaii. There’s no better place stay! The location is ideal, if you want to stay in the peace and quiet of the North Shore. The Hukilau Marketplace is less than 10 minutes down the road with some great food trucks. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Often we had the beach to ourselves! The best part is falling asleep to the crashing waves and the breeze of the cool trade winds.'

'As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. The unit is lovingly decorated and very well furnished in both the kitchen and beach equipment. The king size bed was quite comfortable, the murphy bed not as much. 'My family (with two kids) stayed 4 nights and found that it was the perfect location with a great family atmosphere. We enjoyed the our mornings on the beach and even saw saw turtles and a seal, and found the location was perfect for our day trips and we drove to all points of the island. The had a couple of meals from the food trucks that was a short walk down the road.'
