'This property uses a system of code bar to enter the property since there is no staff after 6pm. The code bar was sent to my phone but never worked. I had to call the security guard every night to be able to enter and jump the gate in the day time to enter. Every day in the morning the staff recheck the code bar but it never worked. 'My experience at Umi Tulum was wonderful! First, the property looks exactly like the photos. Everything was incredibly clean, I was surprised of how well they cleaned the sand from our room each day! The private pool, restaurant, cafe, and beach club were all spectacular.
