' A Lot of noise. There was a bachelor weekend party and they booked us as a family on the same side. Very basic noise. No clean sheets (apparantly rust, but it looked like blood), my kids had small bugs in theorie beds. The location is good in overpriced Tulum. '

'Beautiful hotel located directly at the beach. The staf is great and delivers good service. The shops and restaurants are all in walking distance of the hotel. Really nice place to get some peace and have nice food and cocktails at the beach!'

'Beautifull hotel with amazing views and spacious rooms.
But…just besides a open air bar with very loud music untill 3 am.
So if you are in the party scene it’s OK but not for families or people who are looking for a quid night. It’s a pity the hotel doesn’t make notice of this in advance. '

'The location was amazing. We got the sea facing room which we really loved for the view and sound of waves. All of the staff members were great , polite, professional. The property was very safe and private. The deep cleaning was great, especially the helping lady, Reselida, was amazing. Thank you for hosting, i hope to visit again :) '
