Luxe hotels in Punta Allen

'Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged. The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not. I had to call the security guard every night to be able to enter and jump the gate in the day time to enter. Every day in the morning the staff recheck the code bar but it never worked.
