'I recently stayed at Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa and unfortunately the experience did not match the expectations of an adults-only resort. While the property is marketed as adults only, it shares facilities with Dreams Resort, and there were kids throughout many of the common areas. This made it feel less like a true adults-only getaway. The service at the lobby was also disappointing. Staff often didn’t know basic information such as opening and closing times for restaurants and amenities....

'I stayed in the Family Selection and liked how close to the pool and The Nest restaurant we were. The food was great every time we ate breakfast, lunch or dinner there. All the restaurants we ate at were good overall, depending on what you ordered. The butler service was the best perk ever. Josue, Moises and Isaias were all incredible. They really went above and beyond to help us and provided top notch service. The complimentary sun shirts for our 13 year olds was a life saver (skin saver!)...

'The staff was really wonderful, especially Justo at the Expedia desk. There was a mix-up with our booking and he was so kind and helpful and hospitable. Took the time to make things special for us which we all appreciated greatly. The beach and grounds are incredibly beautiful as well. '

'Beautiful view of the beach from the infinity pool. You can watch the fisherman & surfers go about their day. We rented a golf cart from the hotel and the lady at the front desk provided exceptional customer service and recommended great spots to eat & explore. Very clean rooms, filtered water provided. I would go back in a heartbeat! '

'Beautiful, calm, and relaxing eight-room hotel just a short walk from the Sayulita plaza. Having the nice pool to cool off in was greatly welcome! The staff were excellent, helpful, and always friendly. No complaints - I would definitely stay here again!'
