'This is a gorgeous resort with lovely service. Everyone very kind and helpful. I loved walking around and hearing all the amazing birds. Our room was spacious and very nice. Gorgeous grounds, too! The restaurants were good but not amazing - they are serving a lot of people. We enjoyed the poolside food (poke, ceviche, cheap nojitos!). 'I recently stayed at Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa and unfortunately the experience did not match the expectations of an adults-only resort. While the property is marketed as adults only, it shares facilities with Dreams Resort, and there were kids throughout many of the common areas. This made it feel less like a true adults-only getaway. The service at the lobby was also disappointing. Staff often didn’t know basic information such as opening and closing times for restaurants and amenities....
