I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay. What was broken with the night stand? Had it been brought to our attention, we could have had maintenance look at it and, if need be, replace it. We provide two towels per bed and can exchange any dirty ones you have at the front desk. I apologize for the fire alarm going off during your stay; it can be caused by a handful of things, from guests vaping/smoking in the room to a hot shower. We would notify all guests if there was an actual emergency when the fire alarm goes off. We hope you will try us again the next time you come to Put In Bay.

Thank you, Joyce, for your review. We do not offer turnover service but are happy to exchange towels at the front desk for you or you can request someone to stop by and take your trash. We have pool towels available at the desk and upon request, we can provide you with more coffee and dishwasher soap. We find a simple grab and go breakfast best fits our guests, so they can grab something and head downtown to enjoy shops and restaurants. We hope you will try us again in the future.

I'm sorry the view was not what you were looking for, but we are located near different residential homes.
