TD Trullo Diamante – Pure Relaxation & Privacy

In the generous heart of the Apulian countryside, at the enchanted gates of the Itria Valley, there is a timeless refuge: an ancient trullo and a blade made of living stone. Here, where the earth smells of sun and tradition, every day is an invitation to quiet.
The house has two double bedrooms: the first, intimate and cozy, is nestled in the trullo like a small jewel, with a private bathroom consisting of a toilet and sink; the second finds space in the lamia, where the white of the walls and the furnishing details tell the simple beauty of authentic Puglia.
The heart of the house is a welcoming living area, with a kitchenette equipped with every comfort and a sofa that transforms into a bed if necessary. The main bathroom, large and modern, is at the service of the living area and guests.
Outside, the wonder is palpable: a 4x10 meter pool opens like a blue mirror among olive trees, surrounded by sun loungers where time seems to stand still. Under the pergola, an outdoor kitchen with induction hob and a table that can accommodate up to six people invites you to dine under the stars, while the relaxation area with sofas invites you to moments of quiet and pleasant outdoor chats.
The picture is completed by a built-in barbecue for grilling at sunset and a small artisanal play area for the little ones, where even childhood time finds its place.

Trullo Diamante is located not far from the city of Putignano, a beautiful place immersed in the peace of the Itria Valley countryside. The closest places of interest are Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Ostuni, the so-called white city, the caves of Castellana Grotte, the Valle d'Itria area with its “trulli” of Alberobello (The most beautiful villages in Italy), Locorotondo, Cisternino, Martina Franca, and so on. An hour's drive away you can easily reach Matera, the “city of caves and stones”.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 .
For security reasons, the structure has surveillance cameras in the outdoor areas to protect the owners and the guests themselves.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.

A surcharge of 100,00 € is required from 20:00 to 00:00. No check-in after 00:00
Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and available until the day before your arrival. A penalty of 55,00 € will be charged if you the online check-in will not be closed before arrival.
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.

5. Baby cot and high chair: 50,00 € per stay. It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
6. After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
7. Extra midweek cleaning: €30.00 per hour per cleaner.
