'It just felt like a wonderful home filled with love and nature. The staff was amazing. Always greeting us. They treated my son so well. This is a place that just gets it. They understand everything a person would need. 'I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.'
