The shortcomings were: 1. the room has indeed a city view, but my room could see part of the roof of this hotel, which was very dirty, rusty and disgusting to be honest. A high end hotel like this should do better! 2. the sound isolation of the room was poor. I could hear people talking in the hallway late at night. 3. No coffee...
