'A Brilliant Hotel with Exceptional Staff We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The executive lounge was excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly attentive, welcoming and professional. A special mention goes to Vera and the concierge team, who were particularly helpful and arranged a fantastic tour of Shanghai’s Zhujiajiao Ancient Water Town for us. Their service really made our stay extra special. The only downside for us was the location, as we found we needed to take...

'Very clean and new'

'Excellent hotel and great location'

'Guests smoke inside the hotel. Ventilation system isn't the greatest. I smell smoke in the room and the hallway.'

'La atención de los empleado muy buena gracpor todos me gustó sacaban las basura diaria gracias'

'Zeer mooi hotel met een perfecte locatie'

'I was looking for a hotel that helped me reduce costs, and came across this gem. The quality of the service, and the vibes of the room are amazing considering how affordable my stay was. The main area is a perfect to chill and/or work at any time of the day. Loved running around the area and all the way through The Bund'

'Big hotel with nice, modern rooms. Some rooms have very small windows, though. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options, and the staff were really helpful. They also provided complimentary bottled water every day. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being conveniently located near a shopping area and Metro station. One downside was that we found a small cockroach in the bed and had to switch rooms. The staff acted quickly to sort it out and followed up with us to make sure everything...

'Staff and location both was good'

'The property was excellent. Large space and pretty much with what you expect living in an apartment plus the room service. However commuting from here is a bit difficult. Our relatives tried to drive us in the hotel, but we couldn't find the entrance (the relatives are locals). Without a car or using ride sharing it maybe a bit difficult to commute from the hotel. However it was a nice stay regardless. The 4 stars come from mostly the poor quality of the breakfast and the little inconvenience of...

'De kamers zijn prima, niets op te zeggen. Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De prijzen voor het eten en drinken zijn uitermate hoog voor een laag kwaliteit, maar voldoende restaurants in de buurt. En het gebouw in het algemeen kan verfrisbeurt gebruiken.'

'Well located near World Expo, with shuttles.'

'Ruime, eenvoudig ingericht, appartement (kamer, keuken, slaapkamer, toilet/douche). Keuken was goed ingericht (nespresso, waterkoker, rijstkoker, grote koelkast, magnetron, wasmachine). Iedere dag schoongemaakt (toiletpapier, flesjes water, nespresso cups, theezakjes, slipper).

'Great location and service. Near a lot of shopping malls in xintiandi. Its clean but does need a bit of renovation. '
