'Positives: Helpful respectful staff. Allowed me to get a hour later on check out. The toilet had hair on it still when I got there and mini fridge looked aged as well as the tub/shower. I got the room king suite with the jacuzzi tub thinking it would be in the room. the pictures shown was not what was in the room. So that was an up-charge I wouldn’t have paid for knowing that. I’d say it was a 6/10 it did its job for the price.'

'Cons: dated, in some cases dilapidated. Tiny bit of visible mold on the shower curtain, a single hair in the tub. Second floor hallway smelled like an overflowing ashtray of Pall Mall butts. However my room was odor free. Below average breakfast, even by the extremely low standards of an I-80 budget hotel. Possibly the worst coffee I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. Pros: Really nice lady at the front desk. Didn't catch her name but she got off at 11 and said she's been there 5 years....

What I didn't care for with the Moline airport Hampton Inn was the front desk staff. The couple of interactions I had with them, they seemed indifferent to helping/answering questions. When checking out, the front desk person could barely look up. I had wanted to connect my stay to my Hampton Inn points but due to her lack of eye contact and she didn't seem like she wanted to...
