'We had good stay at San Seize Hotel, good breakfast, staffs were super friendly and supportive, thank you Hà My for our amazing stay❤️'

'I've stayed at Somerset/ ascot properties before. The check in was easy, the wifi was nice, the staff gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms when it was ready. The room we were given was very run down and old. The property itself looks very nice and new, the room however could use some updates. Yet the basics were there. The beds were ok ( we had two regular twin beds) the tvs were so old, small and outdated. I dont know when the washer was cleaned last ( this is why I booked with them). They...

'Struttura molto piacevole, e personale cordiale gentile e ospitale. Mi sono sentito a casa!'

'The cleanliness of the room was poor. I wouldn’t sleep under the blankets. Stains and some hairs. Don’t look under the bed - gross. The bathroom had a toilet seat which was broken and a stained bathtub. The area is not pleasant to walk in. Sidewalks are broken. I would not stay there again. '
