I attempted to do early check in 1:00 p.m., due to arriving early. They told me to call back later, which I did at 2:00 p.m. They told me we could not check in early because the room was not ready. When we went to check in at 4:00 p.m. we were told we could not check in until 45 minutes after the check in time due to no cleaning staff. I called back at 4:45 p.m. to obtain the entry code. I was informed they did not receive my douments, which I emailed to them a week before our trip. The male staff told me I needed to email my information to them before they would give me the code. I told them I did not have internet until I checked into the room. The staff continued to tell me I needed to email the information. I asked him to text the information to me and I could text my documents. The staff said he would send a text and he NEVER sent the text. I called back after waiting 10 minutes and got a different staff, female, who told me she would give me the code and to email the documents when I got in the room, and had there internet password, which I did. The male staff was rude and not helpful at all. We waited 4 hours in the Subway by the loft and had to leave because we sat there for so long. After leaving the Subway we stood in an alcove in the rain trying to obtain the entry code. We had been traveling all day and were exhausted.The male staff could have cared less. It was a frustrating experience. What horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!
