'Good clean hotel, with friendly staff and proximity to the innovation district as well as the Flinders University. The Marion mall is also nearby. However, some of the challenges with the hotel were: 1) very limited car parking. The alternate parking is a 5mins walk - which is odd for a suburban location. 2) very limited options for dinner, if wanting something different than the hotel's own restaurant's menu 3) despite proximity to a business district and a university, the hotel is NOT...

'Room was ok for a single night. Apartments did not seem well built. Had poor ventilation and smelt of curry. Bad sound insulation. Beds ok, not great. Pillows need improvement. Parking in street was fine. We could hear people banging around at 5:30. Linen was good quality and clean. Room was clean. We haven’t stayed in Adelaide before so nothing to compare with but it seemed expensive for what we got. '

'Located on the South Terrace and one of the few hotels with a pool (if I remember correctly). The room was beautiful and very modern. Some of the reception staff were rather unfriendly when we asked for extra towels. We were staying in a room with 3 people and there were always only 2 towels. So we asked 1 more a the reception for the room and 2 for the pool and he told us to use the same one?! Housekeeping was also weird sometimes, I had to write them a note to let them know there were 3...

'Breakfast was an issue was available until10:30 however when arriving at 10:00 no one was checking on what needed to be topped up and several heated dishes were empty. When querying was provided with the items, juice levels were almost empty. Also the meat and cheese in the cooler looked as if they had been there several days -as they were as we had the same experience all three breakfasts. Contacting front desk/housekeeping on the phone was impossible as no one answered. '

Die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption hat uns herzlich empfangen und sich Zeit genommen, um uns die interessantesten Spots in Adelaide zu erklären, inklusive des Adelaide Fringe, das seinen letzten Abend hatte. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Leider gab es in der riesigen Fensterfront nur ein kleines Fenster, das geöffnet werden konnte - für Menschen die mit Klimaanlage nicht schlafen können leider etwas schade. Die Lage war gut, in Laufweite zur Rundle...
