'There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space '

However, some of the challenges with the hotel were: 1) very limited car parking. The alternate parking is a 5mins walk - which is odd for a suburban location. 2) very limited options for dinner, if wanting something different than the hotel's own restaurant's menu 3) despite proximity to a business district and a university, the hotel is NOT...

'Located on the South Terrace and one of the few hotels with a pool (if I remember correctly). The room was beautiful and very modern. Some of the reception staff were rather unfriendly when we asked for extra towels. We were staying in a room with 3 people and there were always only 2 towels. So we asked 1 more a the reception for the room and 2 for the pool and he told us to use the same one?! 'We were disappointed by aspects of our recent 3-night stay, particularly given the hotel’s 5-star luxury standard. On two days, our room was not tidied or cleaned unless we specifically contacted reception, despite having the sign on the door requesting servicing from 9am. We also noticed dust on the bathroom walls. 'Breakfast was an issue was available until10:30 however when arriving at 10:00 no one was checking on what needed to be topped up and several heated dishes were empty. When querying was provided with the items, juice levels were almost empty. Also the meat and cheese in the cooler looked as if they had been there several days -as they were as we had the same experience all three breakfasts. Contacting front desk/housekeeping on the phone was impossible as no one answered. '
