'What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills. Beautifully restored, fireplaces galore, great welcoming bar and elegant dining room with fabulous wine room. Couldn’t fault the hotel, our room was so cosy and comfortable, gorgeous large marble bathroom and balcony (Tiers room). Good provisions provided for continental breakfast and snacks, great location, short drive up to Mount lofty lookout...

'This was a completely random find by us. These villas are part of a cooking school, but we were just there for the room. This was the most beautiful villa we've ever stayed at. It was beautiful, stunning architecture, beautifully furnished, it had an amazing complete designer kitchen which we didn't use, but which would be handy for longer stays, and it was not all that expensive. 'Off grid cabin / eco tiny home in a scenic area in the hills above Hahndorf. The property had 8 cabins which were really well spaced out giving a feeling of privacy and the area had many birds and kangaroos. Well laid out cabin with thoughtful additions from the host such as kindle/firefighter and matches for the koonara. A lovely stay, highly recommend.'

'We spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama. It was convenient to the places we were visiting whilst in Adelaide and it is brand new, so generally everything sparkles! The free parking was appreciated. I had made a change to our booking prior to our visit, which hadn’t updated on the Hotel system when we booked in, however, the reception staff were able to sort it out for us.'

'Very comfortable bed and good shower. Good amenities close by. Room was freezing when we arrived, ancient heat pump took hours to adequately warm the room and was very noisy. Very limited info available, took until mid morning next day to find someone to give us the wifi password.'

'Uitstekend aparthotel op loopafstand van restaurantjes, bushaltes en grote supermarkt. Keuken met basisvoorzieningen om te kunnen koken. Snijplank mist maar verder voldoende keukengerei. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Klein zwembad. Geen eten te koop in de lobby. Zeer goede geluidsisolatie, geen last van verkeer.'

'Super clean room and very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet spot with the bonus of the parking area out the back. Super easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and polite and helpful! Price of the room was also decent for the convenience of being so close to the Main Street. Highly recommend!'

'Located on the South Terrace and one of the few hotels with a pool (if I remember correctly). The room was beautiful and very modern. Some of the reception staff were rather unfriendly when we asked for extra towels. We were staying in a room with 3 people and there were always only 2 towels. So we asked 1 more a the reception for the room and 2 for the pool and he told us to use the same one?! Housekeeping was also weird sometimes, I had to write them a note to let them know there were 3...
