Really like the cabinet in room,but frig didn't have a freezer to re freeze my cold packs. No room darking drapes to block out lights at night and sun in morning '

'We were offered an upgraded room with a balcony because they didn’t have any standard king rooms available. We didn’t use the pool area, but did notice that hot tub was permanently covered up. The only inconvenience was an issue with their fire suppression system, that triggered fire alarms at 6:30 am. This required evacuation of the building for about 1/2 hour. Since we were up, we grabbed breakfast and hit the road early. '

'It was in a great location. Staff was wondering and accomodating.'

'My friend and I stayed here when I was having surgery. Obviously the hospital is across the street which made it convenient and an obvious choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint regarding the room is that it was very muggy which made the bedding feel damp and we could really smell the laundry detergent because of it, which was not a deal breaker by any means. While I was in the hospital for surgery, my friend strolled around the area. He said that there was a lot of nice...

'The hospitality was above and beyond. Always asking how things were as we passed workers in the halls/waiting room area. They gave us a nice patio room to smoke outside. The pool was perfect temperature and the hot tub was just to our liking. The jets felt amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Needs a little TLC on the outside but the inside doesn't show it. '
