'12 months since my last visit and the staff are even better than I remember. Arriving 2am you might except the “night” staff welcome but no smiling faces and helpful staff.
The room is well equipped but the towels could do with changing as they are getting a bit scratchy but everything else is fine.
Breakfast is a good selection of western and Asian cuisine and I was lucky enough to have chef Arun deliver some nice breads for both breakfast and dinner which were delicious.

'Management were very understanding when i had to leave early. After working in india for sometime, travelling back and forth staying in conventional hotels - it was nice to stay in an apartment for basically the same price. Awesome location - gated community. Am definitely staying there again. Breakfast, and breakfast staff were awesome!

Food is good and a nice pool area.
Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star
accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk around to see for themselves.
