Perfect location, convenient and fair parking, (although I think 1 vehicle should be included for free) the indoor garage parking wasnt bad, like $21 for 2 days. Room was nice, clean, comfy. Location was perfect for our needs while in town.

A lot of downtown eateries and shops are within walkable distance. Staff was extremely polite and clean. Parking was easily accessible and reasonable.

From checking in to rook service, bar, restaurant, and checking out - staff were so delightful. Checking in we did valet, they took great care of my car. Room service was very kind and delivered food quickly. The lady at the bar was phenomenal. She made great conversation and was fun to be around! Our drinks were delish. Finally, valet upon check out loaded my car for me while I helped my disabled mama into the car. She was phenomenal also.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room was also clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

Everyone here was so incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms were big, clean, and the only complaint is it seems like the walls are so thin. My neighbor would take phone calls and would speak quietly and I could still hear the entire conversation as well as everything that went on outside in the halls. Staff was amazing, housekeeping was lovely as well. I still recommend staying here over other hotels!

Our room was super loud. That is my only complaint. The room on the other side was blasting their tv for hours. I called the front desk and they said, “sorry, this is not a quiet hotel and I won’t move your room because then housekeeping has to come and that room may not be quiet.”

We loved our stay here and it was within walking distance to many restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean. The Ryze restaurant had great food and drinks as well. Perfect location.

We stayed for one night and were unable to get a good nights rest. The rooms were not sound proof, therefore, we heard everything from casual conversations to arguments to loud party goers all night long. Will not be booking any future stays with this hotel.

I called two days in advance to change my room type and when we arrived they told us it’s first come first serve and we no longer could get a double queen room. I booked my room five months ago!

Enjoyed dining in the restaurant. Food & service were great. Major complaint is having to pay for Internet service- was really frustrating when trying to access e- mail etc. & had to pay daily fee.

I booked a king bed room —upon arrival I got my room key and went to my room only to find it was was a conference room with a large table and couches..one of the couches was a hideabed and it was pulled out—I kid you not!! I went downstairs to front desk and they said they were sorry but that was all they had, they were sold out!! I had booked the room days before…it was late and I was tired and did not want to look for another hotel..in the morning I spoke with the manager who was relatively indifferent and cut the room rate from 335 to 99.00 - And some no voy points—outrageous. I taught him some French phrases and left. Terrible and unusual experience!!

The room was clean and a good size. Hotel staff were nice. However, for this price point, each room should have a microwave. We ate at the restaurant downstairs in the lobby. The food took forever to come out and was just ok.
