Dit nieuwe huis, gebouwd in 2012 is ontworpen door zijn eigenaar / architect om sociaal te vermaken en een familie georiënteerde warme sfeer met voorzieningen zoals een groot zien door stenen open haard, een spectaculair uitzicht vanuit elke kamer, gewelfde plafonds, dakramen, formele eetkamer, grote landelijke keuken met Italiaanse granieten aanrecht, kersen kasten en LG apparaten met een ingebouwde wijn koelkast. Deze single level woning beschikt over een grote slaapkamer en zien door open haard aan de master badkamer met een ovaal bad en aparte hem en haar laves. Alle slaapkamers hebben queen size bedden en toegang tot individuele badkamers. Er is prachtige Italiaanse travertijn vloeren. Andere voorzieningen zijn een volledig washok, plafond ventilatoren in elke slaapkamer en woonkamer, twee breedbeeld-tv's, Wi-Fi, volledige stereo-installatie met binnen buiten luidsprekers, Bluray, DVD, airco en verwarming, vloerverwarming en massief kersenhout deuren. De buitenkant functies omvatten een uitgebreide bestratingsafwerkmachines patio, grote wijnproeverij pergola met een wijnvat bar, gasbarbecue, gemoedelijke fire-pit en een waterval. Smaakvol aangelegd met inheemse planten en vegetatie onder enorme rotsuitstulpingen. Spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht of Ramona Valley.

The state was amazing. The location was beautiful outside of the city, far enough to really disconnect and unwind after a long day of hustle and bustle. Truly gorgeous property well maintained, and while taking care of would definitely stay there again when coming back to the area highly recommend!

Amazing home. This home is superb! The layout of the home is perfect. Jack and Jill bath was great to share if needed. The owners take great pride in this immaculate home. Lots of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. We did use the outdoor bbq one night and enjoyed dinner under the pergola. The views were amazing. Close to town.

The place was awesome! Quite an impressive entry and then the back yard is incredible with the gorgeous view and lots of space for the entire family. We had 4 of our 5 adult children and their partners with us for a 4 night stay to celebrate one of our daughters’ wedding that was held just 20 minutes away. Fortunately they had queen air mattresses available for our use, which was very handy considering we were expecting the 5th bedroom to have both the full Murphy bed and a queen bed as the listing describes, but it only has the Murphy bed with a couch (which doesn’t open into a bed). So be aware that it only has one bed in each of the rooms. The only other discrepancy in the property description was it lists a hot tub, but there is no hot tub. It was certainly not a problem, though my daughter in law was disappointed. I think the details need to be updated on those two things but we all talked about wanting to come back for a stay in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boulder View! We were in the area to visit family for the Thanksgiving holiday and it fit our needs perfectly. The home is beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (and more) and Darryl & Sandra were great to work with!

This was a family stay- 7 of us, all adults, and I can’t recommend it enough. The property sits on a hilltop outside Ramona, CA- about 40-45 mins from San Diego Airport. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, in an exceptional property, but still an easy drive from all San Diego’s attractions- book this property! The house is spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Everything is in top notch condition. Tile, marble, and space! Everyone has all the room they need. Outside the back of the property is a large patio and grilling area, with a hard to describe view of the valley below. The view alone is a fantastic feature of this property. All one level, so no issues for my parents getting around. We loved spending days in San Diego, and coming back for an evening of grilling, games, and just spending time together on the patio. Another highlight was watching the meteor shower that was going on- perfect hilltop location out of the city. Can’t say enough good things about it. Communication with the owners, Darryl and Sandi was great, and we already miss the property. Hope to stay again sometime.

What an amazing property! The house is comfortable, spacious and clean, well-appointed with everything you could possibly need. On one floor with a wonderful outside living area, we loved the long views as well as the amazing yard full of flowers and boulders! We spent much time hanging out outside. We had 10 people stay in the house for 9 nights. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Any minor questions were answered by the owners immediately via text. The location provided peace and quiet, outdoor hiking, and was close to San Diego tourist attractions. We had a great time and would recommend this place for anyone wanting to enjoy time with family and friends.

Cant’t say enough accolades for this property. Beautifully designed single story home perched atop a mountain with stunning views of valley and other mountains. Honestly I could have spent our entire week in the back just reading and taking in the view. So relaxing. Backyard had some many different spots to hangout with a large family group. The inside was well appointed with modern kitchen and huge walk in pantry. We made all of our dinners here and never had to go out. The family area was good to gather round the fireplace and play games, watch movies, read, or just relax. So much room for everyone with the 5 bedrooms. Would highly recommend and we would stay again if we ever come back this way.

Exceptionally well maintained property. Beautiful views of the Boulder covered hills and valley. Plenty of space inside and out. Equipped with everything we needed for a fabulous family Thanksgiving. Just a 40 min drive to the beaches and San Diego. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had family fly in for our daughter's wedding in Hidden Oakes, Ramona. The house was perfect! The outside too! Many areas to sit out and enjoy the view. Inside was spacious, clean and beautiful. We would rent this beautiful home again if there is another family get together!

Perfect, large, beautiful house for our extended famillly. Proximity to Woodson Castle was excellent, as we attended a wedding there. The lovely bedrooms and attached baths gave every family unit on our trip their own space. Outside space was amazing!

The accommodations were great. Plenty of room and amenities. We loved spending time in the back yard in the mornings and evenings. The owners were always ready and able to answer any questions we had including advise on things to do. The location is a bit remote, but not too far to the beaches, zoo, and Safari Park. Our family of seven were very happy with our time here.
