Firmdale-accommodaties in Randall's Island

'I just stayed at Crosby Street Hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and match the Firmdale's excellent service. These people know how to run a hotel. The head concierge Chris and his protege Freddy are excellent as are the front desk staff. Nothing is too much trouble.
