Furnishings and fittings a little tired and in need of renewal (the 2-prong plug point was so worn out that my phone charge kept falling out). 'Not so good as they didn't even accommodate us. They indicated that they don't use Hotels for bookings. I stated arguing even after showing them proof of payment they just refused to accommodate us. I will appreciate to be refunded as I experienced such experience for the first time in my life. '

Their spa is an experience worth staying at this property for. Amazing hospitality by all the staff we encountered, from the GM to the butler. They even left us treats for our Anniversary celebrations with delicious chocolate-covered strawberries.
We just missed their 25th anniversary celebrations the next day, but the preparations...
