'Edward and his wife are welcoming hosts. Had some issues on the first night which were promptly resolved by Edward. The location is super convenient and close to the amenities I needed to use. The room was comfortable with everything I required for my stay. '

'A Hideaway in Joburg. Anna, die rechte Hand der Chefin ist die gute Seele des Hauses. Ruhig gelegen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Guesthouse. Schöner Garten mit kleinem Pool. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischem Obstsalat und English Breakfast. Wir hätten uns eine Selfservice Bar gewünscht in der die Möglichkeit im Haus Getränke zu erwerben, da die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu fuß zu weit ist und es dort auch nicht üblich ist, zu Fuß zu gehen, obwohl es eine wohlhabende Gegend ist.'

'The apartment's location is excellent, just a short walk from the Rosebank mall. However, several issues during our stay left a sour taste. Upon arrival, we noticed a musty smell in the sofa or throw rug, despite spraying with Lysol. Additionally, the walls and ceiling showed signs of cracks. Maintenance issues were also a concern, with three non-functional outlets and a leaking washer/dryer. While the host was responsive, a pre-check inspection would have revealed these problems.
